Definitely worth the money as far as Asian style buffets go. The sushi have the appearance of really high quality and appetizing. However, you could tell they were real skimpy with the fish and the roles were not packed solid majority of the time they would fall apart with chopsticks as soon as dipped in soy sauce. Not complaining just an observation for this review. Definitely worth the money and better quality than other Buffet in the Baltimore City / County area.
The service was friendly and prompt.
The dining area was spacious clean as well as the restrooms.
I enjoy my buffet style eating and visit one of my normal 8 Weakley sometimes even twice a week and I would recommend Aurora to anyone who likes Chinese style food and Americanized sushi. This particular Buffet does have more selections on the seafood side and Chinese food not too much for other cuisines.

All the food was fresh. The atmosphere was amazing. I truly enjoyed my date with my son. The super anime fan who could not wait to get the teas (mango killed), ramen and phenomenal sushi. Then they also made his other favorites extremely well. BBQ ribs, rolls and Mac and Cheese!! My hibachi was perfectly cooked. Better come hungry. I need to go back and try the fresh oysters and crab legs with my husband this week. Lol!

This seafood buffet was amazing! They had Alaskan crab legs, Chinese food, a hibachi grill, and so many other options. Everything I tried was fresh and delicious, and the drinks were even included in the price. There was so much food that I couldn’t even try everything in one visit! The staff was polite, quick, and kept everything running smoothly. Great value and a great experience—I’ll definitely be back!

Fried pork dumplings were good just a bit greasy from the fry style. Dumpling sauce was good.
Shumai- bland and not a great flavor like in more traditional restaurants
Shrimp isn’t cleaned so you either have to be ok with that or do it yourself
Cold crab legs were good, easy to crack and eat, very meaty, and a slight saltiness I appreciated.
Steamed bun, cream, was fine but bland.
Kimchi was good
Hot tea was just Lipton so not great to me but I just don’t like that tea.
Our table legs weren’t even and so the table wobbled a LOT.
General Tso chicken – generic but tasty. Lacks spice.
Honey chicken – absolutely delicious!!!
Seafood boil- flavor was great, corn was too over cooked and shriveled, mussels were good, crab legs were tiny and very little meat.
Sweet fried shrimp – very tasty but fried shrimp plus sugar all always make me happy.
Service was fine. Had to ask for service any time we needed it, no one checked in, but when we asked for anything they were helpful.
Frog legs – pretty good. Decent flavor
Cheese wonton – very good, even more excellent with the sweet and sour sauce!!!!
Short rib – good flavor, tender, and well cooked
Salmon- awful, maybe the worst I’ve ever had. Super dried out, no flavor, literally had to spit this out.
Flounder – incredible!!!! A MUST EAT when you come. Careful of bones, don’t be like me lol
Hibachi chicken (ready made) very bland but decent cook.
Mac n cheese – decent, great for kids that are picky eaters coming here
Thai tea – very good, just want prepared for the jelly cubes in it lol

Very nice decor, the service was good, and the food presentation was nice. The food was delicious. I arrived at 2:30 pm; lunch started at 3. My waitress came over to me since I added some dinner food to my plate and nicely told me that if I wanted dinner then I would have to switch my meal from lunch to dinner and I switched it to dinner because I wanted more of what they had for dinner. I went to the bathroom, and it was not clean at all. I felt like I had walked into somewhere else. I went to use the toilet paper, and to my shock, it was wet. The whole roll was wet. That ruined the experience, but not completely. I will go back. I just want to use the bathroom.

The aesthetic of the place is very pleasing the food is terrible. Chefs don’t know if the food is cooked or raw! I was even confused, the Milkteas tasted sour as if they sat for week..got my peoples drinks wrong and most things tasted off?? even the fruit was mushy like the grapes.. the cake was so unnecessarily sweet.. i’m so confused on whether we was in golden caroll or aurora.. i cannot be more serious.. the customer service had a terrible language barrier when asking about concerns.. half of the meat was a mystery.. with big chunks of onions on top?? i’m here to eat and enjoy myself but was instead disappointed and sick. Kept playing a happy birthday song which drove me crazy since i was eating.

Well seasoned crab legs and the fried oysters were great as well. The salmon was a little overcooked though. The servers were great with refilling our drinks and collecting our empty plates.

This place was perfectly average. I’ll give them this: the inside was colorful and vivid. However, there are no crabs during lunch, tasteless food, lack of fruit and desserts. So, yeah, not the best.
