I used to go to this store after all the others got bought out, because the original crew, Gary’s old staff, still worked here. Now I see them less and less, and the new people, especially the husband and wife, are always rude, and I ain’t ONCE seen them wash their hands before making any of my sandwiches.

I shopped at 6:45pm on Saturday 7/26.
The person who put my veggies on did not wash his hands after handling money and picking up trash off the ground. He was also totally out of uniform (he was wearing a shirt for a car company, and longer hair with no hat). Not even sure if he was a real employee or just a family member of someone else.
Both employees were rude, the veggies looked bad, and they hardly put any at all on my sandwich. Not sure what happened… before the remodel and the complete staffing changeover, this used to be a great store. I should have known better.
Rated two stars only because I was not physically hurt while in the store. Certainly will not come back.

I got a club sandwich earlier around lunchtime and they were a little busy at the time. It did not take too long for the sandwich to be ready, so when it was, I got it and left. When I got home I opened the sub and it smelled like cigarettes so I took a bite and it tasted like cigarettes. I was not even able to eat it.

Show up to order at 9:20 pm they tell me they’re closed with the hours posted on the door saying they don’t close till 10pm very aggravating! Won’t be coming back to this location ever again. I can understand if it was 10 or 15 minutes before closing time but 40 that’s just bad business management and earns poor reviews

Pleasant workers. Not much of a selectin the fountain drinks (no sugar free items). Add a $1 to the combo to subsitute for a bottled drink.

I don’t usually waste a lot of time with reviews but this group of workers have impressed me more than once.
They hustle, they pay attention, they get the order right and I have seen them under pressure and they handled it well.
Whoever you are thank you for showing how the old old school use to do things!

I entered the restaurant in the airway shipping center at 850 pm. The tall male employee looks at the female employee and tells me we are closed. I replied really, and he says we are closing early to clean. I go next door to pick up something from another store and go back past Subway at 853 to see the same tall make standing at the counter on his phone. This is what’s wrong with customer service. That’s ridiculous. They did turn the lights off after I left at least.

This is really frustrating and ridiculous! Everytime I place an order online I always have something missing! Just now I placed and called the worker to NOT FORGET MY DRINK AND CHIPS and 2 minutes later my order was picked up and he still forgot to add my drink and chips and they always think I’m calling to get free food but no you guys are on the clock for a reason to do YOUR DAMN JOB !

Food… well its Subway, I don’t know what kind of review I would be giving a franchised sandwich shop. Its no New York Deli. But the food is fresh, and I am still a fan of the Chipotle Sauce.
Editing my review again since it looks as if we had another change in management. I have been a regular for some time now, and it saddens me to see the quality in food and service go down.
Largest complaints is the subs are not made nearly the size as before, and they are back to not taking coupon codes again. So do not order online!
Atmosphere is nothing special. It is kept clean.
I would personally recommend driving an extra 5 minutes to another subway.

I’ve ordered in person and thru the app, the orders are always made right and quickly. The veggies are usually fresh and the people behind the counter are always nice .
