Never again.
It was so uncomfortable placing an order with two younger guys who’s mom(?) was recording them from behind the customers trying to place orders.
The guy making my sandwich couldn’t remember what I was saying to him right after I said it. When I got home, I went to correct it with adding the toppings that they were out of and you can hardly tell that it was a turkey and bacon sub.
He literally put shavings of turkey on my sandwich.
We will not be going back to this family’s business or their relatives Subway stores. I’m tired of being treated like I’m trying to steal from someone when I give a couple that came to me in the mail! If you don’t like that Subway sends coupons for your establishment then don’t buy a Subway!
And get your cooler fixed already. Frozen veggies on a sub are disgusting.

Online ordering is down. Again. Looks like their equipment has been down for weeks. This location has always been a joke. If you place an online order at 1pm ready for pickup qt 1:20pm, the staff will prioritize in store customers walking in at 115pm and pause finishing your order, making you wait until 130pm but will mark the order as complete at 120pm to satisfy corporate analytics. I never have an issue at 6007 Brandt Pike

The only worker in the store busting his butt knocking out customer after customer while a wild child was running around. His name started with an “r” but he was working in the heat, hot ovens, no ac and they won’t allow him to prop open the door. That’s just inhumane. It is roasting in there us customers can hardly breathe just standing in there for 15 minutes he has to work for hours. He needs to either get a raise or find a job that’s worth it. Good job!!! Thank you for making our dinner great after our long shifts

You guys have your employees working in over 90 degree weather with no ventilation. Not only is this unsafe for employees, but unhealthy food conditions. Customers were concerned for the only worker you had on shift. Ridiculous that companies sit in comfy air conditioning and let their backbone suffer.

Tired of seeing these old folks who probably aren’t competent enough to drive complaining about coupons. Employees at locations have no control over their POS systems, or corporate. Get a life. Their subs are always made perfect, employees are very friendly, and this specific subway has a very chill vibe to it. The manager Joe is very goofy and an easy going guy, Dallas is very helpful and friendly, the brown haired and blonde haired girls make the most neat sandwiches i’ve ever seen, and the short fellow with dreads(?) is cool ASL! . These people in these reviews are ridiculous, and bring your stars down simply because subway locations (almost everyone in huber) doesn’t participate in BOGO coupons, cry about it.

Service was absolutely awful. We waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged while the manager joe was finishing bread and took a few minutes to scroll on his phone. When he finally did say something to us, he was very rude the whole time. Will not be coming back
