Go in today to get food. 2 people in line 3 including myself. One person working or only one person visible anyways, the young boy finishes making a sub and then puts it into the toaster, goes and blows his nose and walks over and just puts gloves on without washing his hands. His mobility speed was that as a sloth.

I truly hope the owner reads this. That lady I didn’t know her name had blonde hair and that headset on and she was the only employee there working the drive-thru and making subs efficiently without any attitude or anything and she was obviously overwhelmed by the look on her face. She has a full lobby and two in drive thru!! she did an amazing job my sub was absolutely delicious and she deserves a huge raise!!! I will recommend all of my customers who I sell to at Chevrolet Troy to that location!!!

Very poor to none customer service. When you ask them to follow the cleanliness procedures about changing gloves and clean knives they gave attitude and say our policy change and we don’t have to do that anymore.
I would not recommend going to this place for sure.
I would like health department to follow the cleaning procedures at this location. I am sure they will find a lots of violations

Did not get to eat. Got there around 1:00 today and only one person working. He had an online order and someone in the drive thru. There were at least 4 people behind us. We left without ordering. Felt bad for the kid working. Poor planning on management’s part.

If I could give zero stars I would! We go everyday for lunch and the staff is rude! Today the guy thought he was gonna holler at me over the intercom because they too stupid to hear I said I wanted a sub not a salad. They repeated my order three times asking me if I wanted a salad. No I didn’t want a salad then when I spoke louder so they could hear me he snapped at me telling me not to be rude and mouthing off. Will not be returning to this location until they get employees who have class!!!!

The female associate making my sandwich was nice enough. I asked to have more spinach on my sandwich, because I wanted more than 5 leaves. I asked her to put way more on. The guy said they can only put a limited amount on per sub. I said I can pay additional for more spinach and he said they can’t do that. Sounds like a bold faced lie and poor business. I won’t be back because of him, specifically.

We stopped here for a *quick* sub for my wife and daughter on Sunday June 23 2024, around 1pm. The service was anything but quick. A full 25 minutes elapsed from the initial walk-in take-out order until the sandwiches were in hand. The two ladies behind the counter displayed obvious signs of annoyance at having to make food for customers. The huffed and sighed loudly to signal their displeasure. Ingredients were missing and not mentioned before making the food. No discounts offered or given to address substandard food. My wife also pointed out that some dried out meat was stuck between a container and the chiller that was visible from the customer’s side of the glass in an effort to alert the employee of a potential food safety issue, she was ignored because the lady, “couldn’t see it” from her side. Toppings were messed between my wife’s sandwich and my daughter’s sandwich, when my daughter politely mentioned it to have it corrected, the lady making the sandwich showed obvious anger toward my daughter. The hostility and lack of professionalism was brutal. It seems from other reviews that we were not alone in receiving pathetic service on that day. Hopefully management reads this review and swiftly responds. Although I don’t live in the area and only visit occasionally, I will NEVER return to this Subway location again. If those two ladies were my employees I would have fired them on the spot and closed the store for the day. Do better.

There were 2 women working older, One was busy working drive- thru, making orders and stuff. I came in to get a sandwich for my work lunch and dealt with a rude snobby young blond girl who shouldn’t even be working there if she has such a bad attitude about working. If you have a crappy attitude, maybe don’t work customer service jobs then.

The guy working is rude!! Legit wouldn’t let me pay and get my food because I tried to pay with a $50 bill even though my total was $30!!! Legit refused to serve me. Definitely won’t be back there again !! By the looks of the reviews I’m not the only one who’s had a problem with him!
