New area, we had a carpet restoration job, decided to pop-up for a late breakfast, Figuring I’ll test out my classic BEC w lettuce. Disappointing. Sandwich was cold, they were cheap on the eggs, could hardly taste it and the bacon were like chips… then way too much lettuce. Probably will pass if I’m in the area again.

I walked in, the store was pretty crowded which I understand. I was waiting for about 30 minutes for 2 mini bagels with cream cheese and one bacon egg and cheese meanwhile everybody else that walked in behind me were getting their complicated orders while I was patiently waiting. The guy handed everyone else their bagels but literally THREW the bagels I ordered at me. So disrespectful to a paying customer who was literally standing there waiting. Never coming back here again.

I think that there should be more people working the register the one lady is not very welcoming. The food is good I got an everything bagel with cream. Others reviews do not always match my experiences but they also got eggs and meat in their bagel. The service could also be faster.

Sorry. This is my third shot this month. This is suppose to be sausage egg cheese and hash browns on a salt bagel.. the egg is hardly even one egg the sausage patty is thin and no hash browns. 3rd time this happened. It’s all bagel and not a soft bagel either even though it’s only 8:30 am.. I wanted to like this place cause the closeness to home but save yourself the time and cash and go to sunrise up the road. This is pathetic. No one should be charged that much and get a sandwich this ridiculous. I feel robbed every time I go. No more.

Excellent bagels. Much better than Tal in the City. I’m from Jewtopia- Brooklyn, so I know what I’m talking about. The service is friendly. On the weekend it is hard to get a table. Since I’m a regular I know the staff and it is friendly. Filling orders can be slow when the line is going out the door. Their sister location in Paramus is good too, but there is no seating. The coffee is good to. The tuna sandwich is really good. The tuna is homemade.

Bagel Emporium, please figure out how to speed up your lines. Your bagels are fantastic, but you have to figure out how to keep your lines moving along faster. You have one person taking orders and answering the phone. Completely inefficient. This severely slows things down and everyone is just waiting much longer than they should. As good as their bagels are, I can no longer come here because of the unusually long waits for there being not that many people.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 7 years, and I have never had a disappointing sandwich! The owner is a sweetheart. All staff are extremely friendly, bagels always fresh daily, prices are reasonable!
