Besides the tables looking filthy I ordered a sweet onion chicken sub the same way I’ve ordered it for the past 10 years shredded cheese lettuce tomato ranch and garlic aoli and instead my sub was SMOTHERED in marinara for some reason I did not order marinara much less a pound of it I will definitely not be visiting this establishment ever again this was by far my worst experience with subway for sure.

I ordered a salad. The girl couldn’t even cut up my vegetables (what happened to the chopped salad). When I paid I asked for a fork and knife. They only have forks. Go figure. I noticed the floors were very dirty. Before leaving I used the bathroom. It was filthy. The first thing you see when you open the door is the black under the rim of the toilet. The floor was disgusting. If I had seen this first I would never have eaten here. Just another place ran by young kids who only care about their friends who are there hanging out with them. I wouldn’t recommend this Subway to anyone. Our local Subway is spotless.

My sub was cut long ways all the way through so my veggies and meat were falling out. It was left as a complete foot long though instead of cut in half the correct way. There was hardly any meat or veggies and again, what was on there fell out. They also didn’t put any mayo when i specifically asked for extra.

Online orders should never trump the people that are waiting in line physically in the store. The line was almost out the door and all 3 workers were making orders for people who were not even there to pick them up !

One of the best places in New Lebanon to get a bite to eat. The floors are kept moderately clean the sandwich making/ordering process is pretry fast, the only downside is that the Sandwich Artists can’t hear you too well due to the glass display.
