**UPDATE**
I had the opportunity to return to Over Easy today and I’ll tell you – it was a completely different experience! I was beyond thrilled with everything from start to finish which shows that the issues I had the last time around were simply due to being short handed and overwhelmed. The restaurant was fully staffed and the staff was very attentive. The coffee was never under a half cup full and the server was friendly and helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed the Fondue (which looked amazing the last time we were there), fresh berries and challah French toast with a delightful crisp along with a maple butter and melted Nutella to dunk. SoOoOoo good! My wife and I both did the Skirt Steak and Eggs specials which were cooked to perfection. Uber tasty and well portioned. The home fries that I requested be fried, came out perfectly… I was incredibly happy and scarfed down every bite! All in all a completely awesome experience – this was what I knew they’d be capable of dishing out (pun intended). Thrilled we have them another taste! Kudos to the staff for a job well done! Highly recommended.

Honestly, I was a little underwhelmed. It was not bad, not a bad experience – they tried, and tried hard… it just wasn’t a great one either. In their defense, they were very busy and possibly understaffed. Multiple issues, which they again – tried making good on. I’m not angry, or upset. One meal was supposed to have brusslesprouts, but didn’t – potatoes were asked to be one way, but served in another, take next to us had the wrong meal but ate it anyway because they felt bad. Just an example, small things that were handled, but took away from the overall – also, didn’t help that they were overwhelmed and couldn’t address sooner. Themeals were alright, I was hoping for more. I would give them another opportunity in the future as I think the place itself is cute, food wasn’t bad and I think they were having a rough day. My recommendation, try it. If the experience is different next time I come by – I’ll make sure to adjust here.

Hosted my baby’s baptism brunch for 30 people and was very pleased! Everything was delicious from the breakfast fondue to the entrees (popular choices were chicken and waffles, double smash burger, blackened salmon bowl, and breakfast quesadilla), to the homemade ice cream sandwiches. To my embarrassment we arrived 1.5hr earlier than expected but they were able to make it happen and I truly appreciate that! My guests left full and happy.

Brunch place in Huntington downtown. The food is decent, we went for Mother’s Day. They take reservations only on holidays and the wait without reservation was long for a large party. Service is slow and our drinks order had to be changed because they ran out. They have a family-style fondue that is fun. The atmosphere is decent lots of hanging greens all around. Overall good but were not prepared for Mother’s Day brunch rush.

We came here for breakfast for my mom’s birthday. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. They went above and beyond to make my mom feel special. She was given an extra large mimosa, a special birthday shot, and a surprise extra large waffle sundae for the table. We had a great time and I would highly recommend for any celebration!

Great breakfast spot! Stopped here on a road trip while looking for some delicious breakfast and good coffee. I got both at Over Easy. The breakfast burrito was unbelievable! I recall specifically telling my bf it was probably the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. The owner and the staff were all super kind and friendly. We ended up talking about basketball and the cold weather before leaving the restaurant to get back on the road. I will definitely find my way back here.

Went to Huntington for some business for the day and decided to grab breakfast. This place was a great find. Friendly, attentive staff. Scott, our server, hit us with the jokes. Food was EXCELLENT. I had the avocado BLT Benedict. My husband got the Deuce’s Wild.

Beyond the delicious food (one of the best breakfasts/lunches I’ve had on LI) the staff is above and beyond. My parent left their bag with their wallet and all of their cards and IDs at the restaurant and we couldn’t find it for weeks, having no idea where it was. The staff went out of their way to hand-deliver the bag with everything in it directly to our home (!!!). So kind and exactly the spirit we need more of. Grateful to the team at Over Easy Huntington! We will DEFINITELY be back!

With so many great restaurants in Huntington it’s hard to decide which ones to eat at. That being said, I don’t think you can pass on Over Easy! We went on a Sunday which is prime time and we were able to get seated within 15 minutes. I got the Double Smash Burger Deluxe and my fiancé got the Ahi Tuna Blt and swapped the Tuna for Salmon. Both were great and we plan on making a return here soon!
