My husband and I just ate at the Springdale location this evening. The service was great, the food was fresh- my husband was happy at the fact he didn’t have to ask for extra tomatoes or extra this or that because they put a good amount of toppings on your sandwich and they are not skimpy. I didn’t have to ask for any extra meat or anything else either. I’ve seen in the comments (and I don’t know how true it is) where if the women were working – they were more skimpy with the portions but when the men are there they give you good portions, and I can say that there were two men there and they gave a great portion size. The store was very, very clean and it was a nice atmosphere all around. The best subway I’ve been to in a long time.

Check your bag before you leave! Online ordering was easy enough with the app. I ordered (paid for) a 6″ BMT Sub and a 12″ Turkey Sub. It was after dark and wanted to get back to our hotel, so grabbed the bag they handed me and left. Back at the hotel, I discovered that they gave me two 6″ Subs, not the 12″ Turkey I paid for. My bad for not checking before leaving. THEIR BAD for not reading well enough to correctly fulfill my order. Just a mistake, I suppose, but not good for business. ORDER # 1598E3E5-6F on Sat. This is the cleanest Subway in all of Hamilton county. The veggies, meat and cheese are always crisp and fresh and the bread is never stale. The staff are always friendly and accommodating and you can tell they take pride in their business by the way they keep their shop and treat their customers.

This place is consistently delicious, has friendly employees, and the space is refreshingly clean. I’m maybe strange in that I basically always ask for my sub to be extra toasted and this location does it just perfectly! (most places just cook it the default time, probably by habit, but I really appreciate the attention to that)

Will not go back if the two ladies are in there working. They skimp you on the amount of meat you are supposed to get. I had to pay for extra meat just to get the regular portion. Your food is just slapped together and it isn’t good. When the two guys are there they are friendly and you actually get what you pay for. I was not the only customer talking about the small amount of meat the ladies were putting on the sandwich. They need to be retrained. They will cause the store to lose business.

I ordered delivery through doordash from this location. We ordered 2 footling sandwiches, egg and Mayo only on artisan Italian. We were given egg, ham, bacon on flatbread. I got a refund through doordash and tried to reorder it since I have picky eaters. I even put in the notes, white bread egg and Mayo only. We were sent the same sandwich. When I called the store the lady that answered try to say it said flatbread. Then she said it said to add the meat. Arguing with me on what I ordered. I’ve been ordering this sandwich for years for my kids and never had this problem. She said there was nothing she could do.
