I visited the Subway in Evendale on Reading Road. And the experience really gave me good vibes. The young lady that took and prepared my order was simply FANTASTIC! She said her name was Tonia. And you could tell she really enjoyed her work. Polite, clean, and very understanding how I liked my sandwich. If all Subways had this type of employee or customer service, I’d visit more stores. The new employee struggled with everything. I struggled just trying to hear what he was mumbling. I felt bad for him because he was clearly unsure of himself. Unfortunately an employees “trial by fire” is always at the expense of the customer. Great sandwich though!

This location is much better than the one up the road at galgrath and reading. Very polite staff, 2 people working yes i said 2 and working in the same sentence. Asked me about my day, we talked music etc while they made my subs, very friendly and both gentleman worked as a team on my order.

I can’t say enough good things about this location. I was greeted by a friendly face with a warm personality she was very accommodating to my order and it was just a fun experience. If it wasn’t so far this would be my Subway of choice because they serve breakfast all day everyday. Some of the locations I’ve gone to they discontinued serving breakfast or they only serve it until a certain time I’ve been spoiled.
