Guy that took my order had to ask me what my order was 4 times while I was waiting. The order was a 5 meat treat, an extra most bestest pepperoni and 3 garlic butter sauces, when my pizzas were ready he tried to give me 3 cups of crazy sauce and I had to ask again for the garlic butter sauce I had paid for. Staff seemed like good people, just overwhelmed and undertrained. Will return with hopes of a better experience. Pizza was good, just not enough of it.

I went to little caesar’s & i asked for an order of cheese sticks. she opened the box in front of me & i then saw that they looked old. they looked as if they had been sitting there for a while , so i asked her how long they had been sitting there she claimed they had been there for a short about of time but the cheese was literally hard & stuck to the bread .. you get the image. i guess making it over was too hard for her so when i got my box back i didn’t think to check it because i knew it had been remade. Once i left i realized she had filled my box up with butter. literally like it was a bowl it soaked thru the box & stained my seat. if i knew her name i would say it. Majority of the time everybody there act like they don’t want to be there like i’m the one who put them on the schedule. If you didn’t wanna work there nobody told you to apply to little cesar’s ! terrible.

They never answer the phone, no matter what time of day or not. Busy or not, they will not answer the phone. If you order and step out and wait, they’ll sell it to someone else and you have to wait 20 minutes for more. Pizza is never HOT AND READY. that doesn’t need to be a slogan at a place like this. Pizza is always cut wrong and a lot of times the pizza is half done. Used to be my favorite pizza place. I’d rather put one in the oven. 0 stars if it was a choice.

I placed an online order to pick up. The estimated time for that was approximately 20-25 minutes. When I got to the restaurant I had to wait over 20 minutes to have someone check on the status of my order. Overall the total time from placing my order to receiving my food was a little over 1 hour. The food was really good even though I had to wait so long. I feel like the biggest problem was the lack of employees scheduled to work on a Friday night.

Didn’t expect much from the customer service, they weren’t rude so I could ask for much. it’s best to order in store; keep in mind there’s no chairs inside to sit & wait. Either the recipe changed or this location just make it different it was tasting more like cardboard than before. Can’t beat a $7 large pizza tho
