Ordered a sub online. It was ready as I requested but the bread and turkey both tasted old and leftover. For a company whose focus is fresh, this sub wasn’t it. Jersey Mike’s is worth the walk.

The place is clean and the owner is friendly, but his staff are rude and clearly don’t take pride in making a good sandwich. Bread has been stale and not a lot of meat and cheese. I have been there for the last time and will give all my business to Jersey Mike’s down the street.

They are efficient but not the friendliest bunch. If you try to be too specific in your instructions (like”go easy on the mayonnaise”), they may just ignore you and put on a quart of it. Tell them it’s too much and you get an eye-roll. The only time I got them to slow down was when I told them they forgot to put an ingredient in that was listed in the items description. Then, they took time to chastise me for not telling them earlier.

The service is fast but never follows the customer instructions. This is the second time they messed up my online order. I paid additional price for Extras. Picked and went to my desk and realized that I just paid the extra amount for “extra nothing”. Good bye to this place.

The owner is just extremely stingy with the food, other than that it’s a great experience.when I say stingy I mean he gives you less ingredients than he’s supposed to you almost need double meat to get what’s deserved. SUBS NOT 5 bucks no more.

The line workers are always super nice, and the food is better than other Subways in Cincy. The owner usually works at a table during lunch. So he’s often available to help.
