The owners are out of touch with their customers. Sometime in Sept. They changed their online platform. Now they charge you for using online. Very anti-consumer and counter productive. They also made you lose any loyalty points you had saved up with their prior online platform. The staff is the best part and are 100% trying to work with everyone on these tone deaf changes. They also make top notch food. Very clean, very tasty, very refreshing, very attentive service. A definite try. A shame that the online platform was literally degraded to a money grab.

Average food at best. Everything is frozen, EVERYTHING. Make sure you double check your order because depending on who is working it will be completely wrong. Lately they keep messing up my very simple order. I get the same thing all the time but the last 5 times it has been different 3 of them. I tried to tell them they keep messing up my order but they just yes me to death and then make it wrong again. I will update this post the next time I order for it may very well be the last time I do.

Best shrimp fried rice you can get anywhere. The shrimp are the size of my car’s keyfob, and are always perfectly cooked, crisp and delicious. The rice is consistently al dente and freshly seasoned to perfection with a variety fresh crunchies (bean sprouts(?) celery(?) scallions (?) …) blended and balanced to compliment but not overpower. The portion size is as generous as the shrimp size and I usually get 2 meals out of one order. A true jem in WH!

I tried Big Bang Sushi and ordered the Beef Style Bowl with an extra layer of shrimp tempura, along with a few sushi rolls. The bowl was delicious, well put together, flavorful, and food felt high quality. The sushi was fresh and tasty too. Overall, everything was terrific and I’d definitely come back again.

Really quick service. The fried calamari was delicious but i think the portion couldve been a bit laeger. The pokebowls were absolutely delicious, cant wait to come back again to try different flavors (might ask for sauce on the side}. Highly recommend the big bang classic!
