Some of the people who work here don’t hardly speak up to where you can’t hear them and they act like they hate their job. This is by far the worst subway I’ve been too and it’s not the first time coming here that this has happened. I’ve had a few employees who will ask you how are you doing etc.

This place is actually the worst. I have only had one good encounter with an employee here and it was an older woman. That’s sad to say because I typically frequent this subway because it’s literally right beside my house. The staff here is rude, unsanitary and don’t understand what “fresh” ingredients look like. Why are you serving hard bread, tuna that is crusty and lettuce that is brown? I work in the food industry as well and would not feel comfortable serving half the food they put on sandwiches let alone have it displayed for the public to see all day. That’s embarrassing. I stood in line as the only customer there with 3 employees working and they took roughly 10 minutes to speak to me. They were too busy making an online order. With 3 staff members one should at least help the customers standing right in front of their face. The music playing from the back is not even close to work appropriate. The man making online orders was sick and kept touching his face with the gloves that he made every single sub with. This has to be one of the worst and most unsanitary subways I’ve ever seen.

Gotta love it when there is 7 people waiting in line and there is a worker making online orders, one person doing dishes and one person stocking chips. All while no orders are being done with the people waiting in line. Top notch customer service here again.

Takes them about 2 hours to make a sandwich. The food is almost always old or taste like it’s been sitting out forever. Not the place to go for good or ‘ fresh ‘ food.

The bread is not fresh, the girls making the sandwiches had hats on but had there hair all hanging out in the front. Gross! Then the girl who made my sandwich put a new pair of gloves on and finished helping me at the register with the same gloves on, and then goes to help the next person in line wearing those same gloves touching food. So my food was nasty cause the bread was so old hard. $8 diwn the drain or in the trash. Wish people would take a little pride and in cleanliness.

The two boys working today were fantastic! Probably the best workers I’ve ever seen at this location. They were friendly and made the sandwiches very well. Best sandwiches I’ve had there also.
