I placed an order to subway and paid for my order online. When I went to pick up my food I discovered that the store wasn’t open. Nearby Walmart employees informed me that no one had “shown up” to work at the restaurant. I place 3 calls to corporate, two of which told me that there was nothing they would do, one which cold transferred me back to the main phone line to get rid of my call. I placed a call to the store itself and spoke with an unfriendly employee who told me her boss left and she didn’t know if he was coming back, and that I was on my own. I’m starting to feel as if I have been scammed by subway – no one will assist!!!!

So my experience at subway was fantastic!!! The two lady’s that helped me were funny and fun to talk to. They made my sandwich perfect!! They made jokes with me and everything 🙂 even when I asked for extra sauce the gave me a lot of it and it made the sandwich taste so good! I mean have a little meat with my sauce 😉 lol this subway is a great please to eat at!

More and more lately if I’m at subway it’s not for a sub it’s for a salad. They have awesome salads but the subs are soggy on soft bread and you cant hold even a 6in in one hand without it falling apart. The cookies and salads are enough to keep this place in my frequent lunch places though.

Horrible staffing. Always have 1 person working during the lunch rush. It took Marcus 25 minutes to get through 4 people. He was moving in slow motion the entire time. Horrible service and employees
