First of all when I ask the young man to change his gloves because he had touched somebody’s money and other things and some trash I got a big huff in a sigh and he stomped away to change his gloves. And then when I asked for items that were out on the bar he huffed inside and walked away both times for the banana peppers and the onions.
He also did. It cut the sandwich all the way through or spread the meat nicely ,it’s on 3 large chunks.highly unhappy.

I had ordered a turkey and black forest ham footlong, which I usually pay about $14 to $15 for , explain to me why my order was $21.50. when I looked at the receipt he rang me up for a turkey sandwich with $8 worth of extra ham on it and bacon. And when I told him the price is wrong he argued with me I had to go to the young Indian gentleman to actually get any type of service. Do better

This is my second bad experience there in recent weeks,and I won’t go back. After I paid for my order and went to get my drink, I was told there was no ice. I pressed the option for Coke Zero, and it was just clear. I told one of the guys working there and he got that fixed, but the pop was not cold. The young guy working there didn’t care when I mentioned it, but I asked if I could just get a 20 oz since the fountain drink was not acceptable. He told me that they wouldn’t do that unless I paid an extra 49 cents. I paid it, but this 49 cents cost them a customer who used to stop there twice a week on average. Also, neither of the bathrooms were in service so I’m not sure how the workers are washing their hands.

They took 20 min to make two subs and they were very simple. My husband had to repeat it twice what he wanted and the food wasn’t good at all. One was an Italian sub and chicken ranch sub. 30 dollars for 2 subs is crazy and when it’s not good either . Ty my acted like they had all the time in the world and I was on my lunch break

Terrible. This place needs a refresh. Tiles falling out of the ceiling. Just feels dirty. In regards to my American Club, the bread was chewy as heck, never had that before. Service, not good.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at Subway. We’ve never been fond of this location anyway because they don’t honor most of the discounts on the app. The app doesn’t work either. When I asked the female employee what deals were on the app, she said I don’t know and then refused to respond to any further questions. She was not courteous, she did not once smile and she rang my order up before my sandwich was even started and made me pay. (The male employee making the sandwiches did just fine). Then the female employee proceeded to smash and hack my sandwich. It was a complete mess and unappetizing when I got home. There were also large stems of spinach and the caps to the banana that were inedible. We absolutely will not be returning to Subway.

Worst customer service ever. They moved like sloths. Placed an online order said it would be ready in 20 minutes, I showed up 5 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready and got told it would be another 10 minutes. Food was okay, but while they were making the order they were not following what was on the ticket so had to walk them through what was requested even though it was on the print out.

Went in today to get 2 subs. The younger girl with dark hair working was just plain rude. Asked for things to be added and had to do so twice because she disregarded anything I said and also rolled eyes when I had to ask again. The food tasted off today. Bread was stale and chewy. The lettuce, tomato, cucumber wilted and looked old. There was different veggies mixed into other which was odd. Not even a smile. I said please and thank you a few times also told her to have a great day after checkout and not even a response just a rude unprofessional person to be working with customers. I’ll just be avoiding this location from here on out. The old man that previously owned this shop would be so disappointed. He was a gem. New owners are slacking!!!

The new menu offerings we tried were delicious. The staff was helpful and patient as we worked through a larger order for the family. The interior of the restaurant wasn’t as comfortable or clean as other Subway restaurants we’ve visited, but we were able to enjoy the food and the conversation with the family.

Stopped on my way to my sister’s. I was able to take advantage of the 6.99 meal deal. The sandwich was good. The ingredients were fresh and made just the way I asked.
