I love this Subway! Yesterday in the late morning Katy and her friend and co-worker whose name starts with an A I believe served me, and they were amazing. They were extremely helpful and professional, and made my delicious sandwich very quickly. These young ladies are going places, so I can only hope that they are valued at their place of work.

We ordered 3 sandwiches online to pick up in store. One was for a 6” tuna sub. When we got it home and opened it up, there was only a tiny amount of tuna on it. The picture showed a lot of tuna, however, there was seriously only a little smear. My 88 year old mom was quite disappointed. And the 6” turkey ham sub was supposed to have red wine vinaigrette, but they put mayonnaise on it instead. Asked for no cucumbers, but there were cucumbers on it. Should be easier to get the order correct when it is online and typed out.

What is wrong with Subway. I pass the Lexington Subway because it’s absolutely disgusting in side, dirty worker’s not clean. And the food is OLD.so I thought I would try the one on Lexington Avenue. A lot cleaner. But really the bread is so hard the meat portion is small all you taste is the fixings that you request. Now I can say Ill never step into another Subway. Can we get a Mr HERO on this side of town!!!!!!!!

I cannot explain how much I appreciated the quality of service provided by 2 employees! The restrooms were cleaned while there (immaculately!) But Kaianna and Dani were absolutely amazing!!! I wish I can give a review that went to subway directly! It was such a great experience overall!

Tried to go in for lunch, the employee was more concerned with talking to her co-worker than starting our order. After about 5 minutes of standing with only one other customer in the shop we left. It was exactly 12 when I walked in they should be ready for a lunch rush, schedule a manager.

We submitted order online again & what I ordered & what I actually receive are two different things. I ask for toasted subs, they were not toasted. Tried calling right after submitting order to request extra toasting, tried twice, rings no answer. Apparently they don’t hire enough people & there no where online for additional requests on your order. Unfortunately their coupons are for online ordering. That’s the main reason they don’t get our business very often.
