Place has gone way downhill. Steak meat isn’t seasoned at all. Staff was rude. Their subs used to be twice this size. Might now legally be called a foot long but the fillings and bread it’s self has been reduced 50 percent!

I have been going to this subway for a long time and usually I’m impressed on how friendly and efficient the staff is. Today at noon I had the most unpleasant service!!! The female server whom I’ve never seen before was ripping the spinach leaves with her hands! Who does that? Every thing I asked to be put on my sandwich was met with a snippy attitude. I asked for just a little vinaigrette and she dowsed it w/ the topping! Then when i was paying she asked if I wanted an application to work there. I asked her why would I want that I have a medical license and am very happy in my profession. She replied because you’re telling me how to do my job. I asked her to explain herself she said no! I replied I am a customer and you are in customer service. The whole point of subway is asking how you want your food! Someone needs to find a different line if work.

Grabbed subs for lunch. Lady working wad friendly and took my order. She made my subs with care and they were well put together. Tasted good and hit the spot.

They messed up 3 of our 4 sandwiches we ordered. They weren’t even close to anything we ordered, so I suspect it was someone else’s order we received. Not to mention how messy, sloppy, and disgusting the sandwiches we did get were. I usually have a decent experience here, but not this time. They did reconcile our problem with 3 free subs next visit, but we had to call in, and had no food the night we ordered originally. We have a 20 minute drive there, so we didn’t have time to go back before closing, nor did we want to make a second trip there. I will definitely not pick this place as my first choice to eat next time we do go out.

I placed an order online and I’m pretty sure they had my sub made and ready to go before I even completed placing my order lol. They’re always friendly when I go to this location, the subs are always great as expected. My only complaint is that they don’t ever let me leave without paying for my food, I deserve a free sub at least every other visit! 😉
