I’ve been to a lot of subway this is normally one of the ones I stopped at. The gentleman Joe behind the counter this morning was one of the friendliest and kindest associate I’ve ever met at any subway location. Not only was he kind he definitely cared about how the sandwich was made. I know that sounds crazy cause it’s just a sandwich but I get tons of things piled on mine and that’s the first subway sandwich I’ve ever ate that I’ve never made a mess out of everything was evenly placed on the sandwich and everybody was delicious. Definitely an A+ employee.

Me and my buddy got subs on lunch break and I got the smallest foot long sub. So small the whole thing tasted like disappointment I basically got bent over and boned for what I paid for the sub (over 15 dollars) absolute blasphemy. Will definitely be sticking to the local family owned spots that charge 8 dollars for a half pound burger… check out white crown cafe

Where do I start??? I ordered a BLT they didn’t cook the bacon first instead she put it on the bread with no cheese that I asked for and toasted it then prepared my sub with rubbery bacon. Both subs I purchased were not cut. The girl preparing my subs and that took my order had a bad attitude! Take that attitude somewhere else. I will never come back.

Ordered a footlong tuna on herbs and cheese and the bread is hard as a rock! I literally had to peel off the top layer to be able to eat it!! Sad thing is this seems to happen at every location now a days

Ordered 3 subs online for pickup. Went in, grabbed my bag, got home and my order was wrong. Ordered 3 different subs, they gave me 2 of the same sub. Went back and got that replaced. Started to eat our subs after that and my husbands wasnt made correctly. He ordered a chicken sweet onion teriyaki, they put an orange sauce on it instead of the teriyaki (which he requested extra sauce). Not sure whats going on but for our first time at this subway as people who have just moved into the area a week ago, not sure ill ever order again.

They should just shut this place down. Rude employees (act and sound like you’re bothering them) never have the Italian herb and cheese bread and ingredients always look wilted and old. This particular place sucks. If I could give zero stars I would!

Sam was my sandwich artist. She was super friendly and had a great upbeat attitude. She made my subs as I requested them and everything was good. I hope they get more people to work there that like their job as much as she does!

There used to be a really nice man that worked for this location and his tips jar was always full. I stop in tonight around 5:45 to pickup my mobile order that came out of my bank account. Ashly the assistant manager as she said told me it was in her system that I had to contact a phone number I asked for the phone number and then she said I need to email I tried getting help from her on how to go about fixing my issue and she said there’s nothing she can do. Mean while my kids are in the car hungry and I am out 40$. She and the young man working tonight who I had no issues or complaint about continued to help 10 people and left me standing there until 7 pm and refused to get one of her managers or higher up’s on their store phone to explain to me the steps I need to take. I waited until their rush was over almost an hour and a half later and asked if she could again call the person above her or anyone who could help and she proceeds to tell me she messaged her boss and her boss said she can’t give out personal numbers I told her I wasn’t asking for a personal number I wanted her to call from their store phone and allow me to speak with her to get help she responded they will not help you then I asked am I supposed to dispute the charge and she told me she’s not involved with my personal issues. Two hours after being there nobody would help me figure out what to do and the assistant manager I’m not sure how she even came to be !! J&k Subway I’m waiting for an apology because your competition Tim would never allow his employees let alone assistant managers to behave like this!! I’ve worked and managed for multiple chains including subway it would have been nothing for the assistant manager Ashly to provide me with a number to the office or call someone to help me figure out what to do through the app. Instead she says that it has nothing to do with her!! Might I add after the rush the young man piled up dishes to wash what a wonderful employee I wish I caught his name and your ASSISTANT MANAGER instead left the countertop a mess and was more concerned with her break then helping him or helping a customer.

I am sitting in the Subway at 2612 Cleveland Ave Canton Ohio 44707 the Employee named Casey who isn’t a manager and the only employee here fixed my online order of toasted subs at 2:30 when it clearly says on my order I will be in at 8p to pick up. She said she placed them in the fridge for me. I don’t want some soggy Subs. She didn’t even offer to remake them all she has is Wheat bread an I would have been happy. She don’t know how to get into the register to give me my money back. She handed me copies of my receipt saying they were refunded but it’s charged again. It is now 8:11 an those sandwiches are still sitting on the counter. Everytime I have problems at this subway. Just once I would like to get what I order on the bread I picked for the sandwich. Don’t come to this subway they are never staffed an always out of something. I give 0 but it will not post if I don’t pick one.
