Second time in about a month. I stopped in there. I got this person named Tammy. I believe who had a very poor attitude. And almost confrontational.

Will not honor mailed subway coupons. Service is slow. Staff seem discontented with their jobs and put forth minimal effort to perform them. This was my second recent visit to this particular restaurant and it will be my last. It is the closest subway to my home after the closer one was closed. It is no longer convenient or cost efficient to eat there.

Very disappointing experience. As soon as we walked in, her attitude completely changed — she didn’t even greet us properly. When taking our order, she was rude and dismissive. Even after we clearly mentioned our choices, she responded sarcastically, saying “that’s what I was asking.” Eventually, she told us she didn’t need to serve us and said “bye.” It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Definitely not the kind of service anyone expects.

This is a gas station. The subway is most of the time closed even when it says it’s open. I drive by here for work a couple times a month, and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. The gas station is otherwise pretty normal.

My family showed up like 10 mins before they closed..Yes..we were those people..I did feel bad but we had been moving all day and we were just exhausted and they were on the way home. The 2 younger girls didn’t look happy to see us..lol..but still were very nice and polite. We did dine in so they just kinda cleaned around us.. which was fine with us..we were just happy to be eating. We will definitely be back.

I go to this subway on dover rd alot normally I’d give it a 5 star but this is the second time between last month and now that they forgot the cheese on my stuff from online. I got 3 things and they forgot the cheese on all of them.

I don’t know who the short blonde girl is that works there but she was very rude. Asked if she could do my bread a certain way, all she said was no. Didn’t ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted, just threw it in the oven and when I asked for mayonnaise, she scraped the bare minimum out of the container and said there was no more. And with an attitude the entire time. Completely lost my appetite and my service. This isn’t the first time she’s waited on me either and she’s been rude every single time. Very displeased.

Only a 1 star because the food was edible. The process took so long I had to exchange the milk I was going to purchase because it was getting warm by the time I got to pay for my subs. Red haired lady was slow and seemed annoyed by every simple request. Customer service was definitely lacking. There was alot sighing and she definitely didn’t want to be working there. I understand it’s a small town vibe but Jesus. Definitely don’t recommend this place if your in a rush
