Ive had this happen multiple times where im shorted on every item i ask for. I ask for more and they maybe put 2 more shreds of lettuce on and 2 more peppers. Many employees seem to not want to be there and have no care in the world.
This was my sub and I had maybe 10 shreds of onion, only 4 pieces of bacon for a footlong blt and when I asked they said well you can get more but it’ll be extra.
Needless to say I’ll probably not be giving this place business anymore.

I go there 5 times a month. They are very friendly, timely, and quick. The sandwiches are made consistently. The app makes it simple. It’s Subway, you get what you expect. Good location!

This is my go to subway in Wooster for lunch. I’m here probably twice a week. Everyone is always working hard and my food comes out perfect every time. I couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience between the courteous staff, fresh bread, veggies and meats. Keep up the great work!!!!

Order was taken with kind word repeated back to me as ordered.
When got home was not right.
No cheese on the kids sandwiches
Footlongs ask for them to be marked for 2 different kinds of cheese and extra mayo on one.. was not marked also asked for banana peppers was none. Sandwiches was made with nearly nothing on it.

The lady that was working the shift didn’t listen to a single word we said after she asked us what we wanted, asked what vegetables we wanted, only said spinach then proceeded to put tomatoes on as well. She then almost put the same sauce on both sandwiches without asking. Made a torrential downpour of sauce on one of the sandwiches and didn’t even close it before wrapping it. And to mention, most of th3 vegetables were going bad, on the verge of molding and probably would’ve served them to us if we didn’t see them
