listen, this place is great 50-60% of the time- the drinks taste amazing, and i go here literally pretty much every. single. day. i only order one drink every time i go, a venti/grande matcha with whipped cream. sometimes i get it hot or cold depending on the weather, but i notice that almost every single time i order it hot, they don’t put whipped cream in it. i believe it’s because they don’t think ill find out- since the lid isn’t see-through. also, regardless of whether i get my drink hot or cold its a 50/50 chance it gets sweetened like its supposed to- though it doesn’t get sweetened more often with my hot matcha than my iced matcha. my boyfriend went and got me a hot Matcha this morning and asked them to double check that it gets sweetened- and they said it did, but guess what? IT WASNT.

I am not a big fan of ‘Bucks but this place is amazing! Good product, great service, great atmosphere. If you haven’t tried it you are missing out. My pic does no service just trying to keep the peeps out of the pic.
Update: I love a good latte and sometimes a nosh. Willing to pay a good price/tip but have expectations too. Consistency is premium. This Starbucks delivers every time. I come here when I have had a tough day and need a reward because they always deliver in every way never a disappointment.
