Fresh food and fast service. The women’s bathroom was dirty and smelled. The tables weren’t that clean. And the soda fountain was in need of refilling the syrup for a couple of the drinks. But the staff were kind and friendly and helpful.

Ordered pickup and was told 7:55. Not ready but one worker goes on break. 8:25 the workers back from break, still no food. Never once acknowledged while I waited. Never again, I could have gone to the store and made the thing fast myself.

3 subs ordered online, pickup @ 3:20. Got there at 3:25 and they hadn’t started on them. 1 customer in entire store? Came back at 3:45, still not done. They ignore online orders until the walkins stop? Then extend your pick up time! Finally got my subs @ 3:50, almost an hour from time of ordering. 2 employees working, but only 1 was making subs. No wonder this chain is failing.

I just walked out of the store and had to commend the young lady who was the shift manager, she had a no show so was dealing with a line 5-7 deep with no other help. She did an amazing job and still kept a positive demeanor about a difficult situation. Kudos for a job well done!

Great customer service every time we go. Tonight especially; the guys working got a huge order right before us (it was close to closing time) and they flew through it like champs, helping each other out. Our in-app orders are always correct and they serve us quickly.

Friendly staff, mobile order was done right on time, looked to family friendly, clean, food was good. But, what I liked the best that I have not seen at other subways, they wrapped my Toasted sub in foil to help retain the heat.
