I stop by atleast once a month because I love this place. Calming atmosphere. The tuna is the best. The bread is divine and the veggies and other ingredients are always fresh.

My order was placed online so it was specified and right in print to be prepared & it was not prepared as I requested. My sandwich wasn’t cut in half & I’ve never had to ask for that to be done. The service was sub par. The guy working made us feel like we were bothering him & it wasn’t busy, there was one other person there. I had a problem with a discount that wasn’t added & he just told me there was nothing he could do & didn’t attempt to look at the situation to even offer suggestions for me to get help. I simply took the food as it was because it was prepaid and just left. This isn’t a typical experience at my local locations, but we were out & decided to stop, but I will be sure not to do that here again.

Very accommodating. Cut footling in half so I could eat half tonight take the other half for lunch. She also put my o& v only on half and gave me packets of o&v for my lunch sandwich tomorrow. All this done on her recommendation. Thank you for such great customer service
