Walked in around 1:30 today. Two people working. 3 young boys already waiting in front of me. We were told that there would be a wait because they had mobile orders. Two people working. One for mobile orders, one for walk in customers, yes? No, that would have made too much sense.

Grabbed subway for lunch today. The lady with half a head of purple hair and a very dirty t-shirt was extremely rude. She treated myself and my 2 employees like garbage. I probably won’t go back to the Canfield location. The girl’s shirt looked like she hadn’t washed it in months, her attitude was atrocious and she forgot my employees Italian dressing SMH. The other girl was super sweet tho.What a waste.

I enjoy the steak and cheese on Italian herb and cheese bread. It’s really filling! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and welcoming. I really love the raspberry cheesecake cookies!

Girl dud not know how to make the pork riblet sandwitch. Pork no sauce ice cold just came out of the fridge. Very gross had to throw the sandwich away.
