My order was 6 chicken wings a double fries and ginger ale where total was $19.26. Food tasted like pork and can tell it was mixed with pork. Chicken also over cooked. They use digital ordering and there is no sign that’s says food contents could be mixed. I can’t eat nothing pork. As soon as I ate food I got sick and I’m still currently down. Atmosphere is nice only because it involves tech but no interaction. Mind your health and don’t eat here

I called and there was no answer. Separate fryers and smokers does not stop cross contamination. There is a HUMAN in the process making decisions. Cross contamination can occur when someone uses utensils, towels to wipe utensils, gloves, or splatters food in other food, etc. The tase of pork was in my food and clearly someone needs a lesson in customer service and food preperation. Also, even though you claim the food is prepared with timers, were the timers and heat settings set correctly? Timers mean nothing if the food is not cooked at the correct temperature. That’s how food poisoning can occur.
******UPDATE 10/17******: As the owner’s (Terry) response was removed after my reply above was made on 10/15, I am posting a photo of what the reply was to along with the kiosk receipt. Also, updating the rating of Atmosphere from 2 to 1 because the atmosphere is not only related to the physical location, amenities , and ambience. It also involves the internet presence. In this day in age, typing in caps is equal to yelling at someone and/or placing emphasis on something. Compared to other comments with low ratings, my comment was the only comment, at least recently, that received that kind of treatment and response. Very unprofessional.

I was in the area and decided to stop at B&M. I did not know they had a location on Mayfield Road. I have gone to other B&M locations and liked the food.
I went into the place and went up to the cash window. I asked for a Long Rib dinner. The lady said they only serve Center Ribs.
She gave me some reason for it. I said ok. Then I asked for sauce on my fries and light sauce on the meat. The here came another reason that they dont do it like that.
I can get the sauce on the side and do it myself.
Then there was an additional charge on the screen I asked what that was for since I was paying cash and she took it off.
As she gave me my change from the $17.99 dinner, she gave me a speech about tipping and how it is divided.
I finally got my food.
When I opened it it looked ok.
When I started to eat the meat, it tasted like when you light the charcoal and you put the meat on the grill too soon after the flames go out and you get the lighter fluid taste in the meat.
It was horrible. The chemical taste was so bad the only things I ate were the fries and coleslaw.
Won’t be going back to that one again.

(For context: ordered a Polish Boy Combo with Fries and Wings) The food here is fine enough but there is an incredible lack of flavor for BBQ style food. Had to douse everything in hot sauce with how incredibly bland their in-house sauce was. Would be worth it if it was priced cheaper.

The ribs were saturated with sauce so they would not appear old. However they were old, not tasty nor safe to eat. Very disappointing!

Unfortunately my most recent visit wasn’t so great. I ordered through the Toast App which was very convenient. I love that. However, believe the time the app quotes is inaccurate. I was quoted 40 minutes, I arrived in 35 minutes and my food had clearly been sitting for a long while. It was very cold. I’m addition my wings were very, very overcooked, had feathers and most were inedible. The ribs were fine, just cold. I have frequented this location many times and have never had an issue, the food is usually pretty good and the service is always great. But as my main purpose for going was for the wings, this visit felt like a waste of money.

I ordered 2 beef polish boys, rib tip snack, 2 wings and a rip tip dinner. The wings, both of them had a few feathers on them. Rib tips not seasoned good. I have been going to this restaurant for a very long time, going back to when they were on Hayden. I have never had such a bad experience, and spent $49.

The online menu prices do not match up with store prices, the lady was very rude when taking my order, then got my order wrong. I asked for a refund and was told that was not possible then she said they will make it over after I bring the polish boy back, I have a limited lunch break over all this was a terrible experience from the time I placed the call…… I was excited while viewing the menu online just for the rug to be pulled from under me with rudeness and impatientness. She blamed the prices being different on the owners who are out of town. I will not be visiting this place anytime soon, that lady should not be answering phones or upfront its called customer service for a reason if the customer is always wrong that means its the establishment that needs improvement

B&M’s saved the day on this gloomy 4th of July. I didn’t feel like cooking this holiday but was still craving ribs. I tried calling but the phone at the restaurant went straight to VM. I drove up there and ordered from the self serve kiosk. The restaurant itself is clean and the staff is friendly. J ordered at 5:30 and my food was ready at 5:50 which I was surprised about because they were really busy. I got the half slab with macaroni and cheese and greens (sides are $3 each if you sub for anything other than fries and coleslaw). My meal came to $27. The ribs are well seasoned and tender. The sauce is good as well not too sweet and has a little kick to it. While this isn’t my first time at this location I was very pleased with the efficiency and kindness on such a busy holiday.

Wow, I stumbled on the B&M Resturant thinking I knew where they all are. My GPS pointed me to this one even though I had been going to 105th Street (out of ribs) and Oakwood. I visited 4/10/2025, and was plasantly surprised and impressed with the kiosk ordering and the entire setup. This may be my new fav location and might I add the food is consistently delicious.
