If you live in the Tallmadge area this is the preferred Subway location. Located in the Acme Plaza…great food, service and atmosphere. Dine in, Take out. Nice dining area. Restrooms.

Service with a smile. This is my fifth or sixth time at this location given I just moved up from Canton, and it’s right around the corner. Customer service is horrible. Employees roll their eyes at you. They slap your food on the bread with such disgust. And it’s more than just one employee. I figured the first time maybe the employee was just having a bad day. After reading reviews, I’m now seeing it’s apparently a big problem as others have had the same complaint. Just trying to understand what it is that makes these employees so upset. Is it poor management? I will report this to management.

They have great service and decent food. Only reason for 4 stars is because they got rid of their Italian dressing. How can you have an Italian sub without Italian dressing? Anyway, never had a terrible experience.

Some of the older ladies in there need to learn how to hustle! If you’re gonna work fast food it’s a must ! Went on a Sunday afternoon it was dead inside and took 20+ minutes to make my turkey and ham sub with only mayo and bacon on it. Good thing I don’t get veggies because they didn’t have any stocked and all of there cheeses were low also. Doesn’t look very good to the customers. I will go down the road to the east market location. They know what they’re doing !

Put in a subway order via DoorDash and received a confirmation. When my dasher arrived subway was closed with no. Order placed during normal hours (7:30pm). Called and received no answer. Extremely disappointed. Spent 40 minutes waiting for my order to have to make other arrangements

Marcia was extremely rude at this lovation the tallmadge avenue subway in the plaza next to acme. She was very impatient and inpulsive , would not let us speak and could care less what we asked for. Also believe our order was wrong and it was pricey for two wraps! 20 bucks. I would not recomend going to this location what so ever.vey unhappy and left in a unsteady mood.
