We went to dinner here last Saturday night. There was no wait time to be seated. I ordered the calamari appetizer and the scallops with lemon risotto. The calamari was cooked to perfection. It was seasoned nicely and came out crispy. The scallop Risotto was delicious. The scallops were cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Been 7 years since our last family visit here & quite honestly it didn’t disappoint. We used to frequent OCMD for a week back when the kids were younger. And Captains Table was always 1 rest. we always went to for my Father in laws B day. Well they’re now permanently living in Del. And on this visit for his 80th b day we thought we’d rekindle some old magic.

I have been coming to Ocean City for 25 years. I cannot believe I never ate here! The food was phenomenal! We had the oysters Rockefeller and cream of crab soup before dinner(SO much crab in the soup) my husband has a seafood stroganoff which was out of this world and I had the African lobster tail which was so tasty! We topped it off with crème brûlée for dessert. And our waitress Iris was the best! I’m coming back here each and every time! Oh! I almost forgot! The rolls with butter was perfect! Great crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect for dunking in the crab soup!!

Had a great experience at The Captains table this past weekend. We sat 7 and had 5 steaks and 2 seafood specials and everything was fantastic. The view for sunset was cool from the side windows. Our server was engaging. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the prices were more than fair. $28 for a perfect medium rare Delmonico steak with 2 sides? How do you beat that. The seafood portions were fresh and more than generous as well. The wine list was solid for a place this size. Everything was great.

Good staff. Good food. Solid hotel restaurant. Busy…..which is always a good sign. Our bartender Jimmy was professional and Good at his job. Our waiter Matthew was excellent. Definitely worth a trip!
