So I’m always honest and I am severely ticked off. Forgive me Lord. I had my dad order a footlong sub. The directions were written down completely. My dad handed to whomever I don’t know because I’m at work doing a 12 hour. To make a long story short there was supposed to be extra oil and vinegar amongst other things. I don’t care about the other things it’s the extra oil and vinegar I’m concerned with. If I don’t have it the sandwich doesn’t taste good at all. So I called said things were missing I didn’t care about the onions or black olives just the oil and vinegar. The young girl said there’s nothing that can be done so very rudely. I said what do you mean there’s nothing that can be done she said well I didn’t make it and just because there’s no oil and vinegar it’s not a big deal. I said well yes because the sandwich wasn’t made right and it tastes nasty. I can’t even get food anywhere else because I’m stuck at work. I was at least expecting them to replace my sandwich with well over have of it left. Oh she had the nerve to tell me I can come get packs. I’m stuck here for 12 hours I can’t leave my post my dad already left. I asked for owners number she wouldn’t give it too me. You should be ashamed of yourself. I worked fast food for years never treated a customer like that especially when I didn’t have a mean tone until she said there’s nothing she could do over oil and vinegar amongst other. Like how hard is it to read directions. The owner should also be ashamed for telling their employees they don’t have to make sandwiches right, just make it any way they want who cares about what the customer wants. I suggest everyone go to the one on South Ave next to Acme. I don’t know if they’re are same owners or not but no one has ever been rude to me there. It’s less than a mile away from that one. Forgive me Lord!

This place is amazing. The ladies were moving extremely fast and the sandwiches were everything we had hoped for. Always come here because I know the service is going to be fast, and no matter how busy they are, there’s always a smile on the employees face no matter who’s working that day. Keep up the good work guys.

On 6/21/25 I Order a footlong outlaw sub when I received it, it was folded awkwardly and was not a footlong, not to mention the sub was cold. I attempted to contact the store on 3 separate occasions with no prevail.

Not sure what is up with this location if it’s just this manger I feel bad for her I used to work in at a dibellas but this black lady with short curly hair always seems like she hates her life here and whenever I order a sub and she’s there she just throws stuff in the sub with no care for who’s buying and eating it. I get if for my wife on days I don’t cook and the sub is barely cut when she’s working . Not sure if she’s just upset with a lack of help but yall need to help this women out cause I can’t really recommend this place to her than the fact it’s like 5 minutes closer to my play than driving over to Walmart. She seems like she can’t be bothered with the people coming in ordering . As a former dibellas manager I understand being frustrated but it’s kind of a really bad look when I come to this specific subway

My online order was made incorrectly twice. The second time I asked for a refund as I had already left and didn’t have anymore time to waste at Subway. Employee said he wasn’t able to do a refund and that the boss had to be there. Couldn’t tell me when the boss would be there but every time I call this boss isn’t there. I have an egg allergy and they incorrectly put an item that has egg in it on my sandwich which I didn’t realize until after I started eating the incorrectly made sandwich. I’ve had food poisoning since 6am and still haven’t received a refund. Once I feel better I’ll look into the next steps I need to take.

You should probably remove the curbside pickup option from your website if you’re not actually going to do the whole bringing it out to your car part. I get that it’s dumb and petty to be upset over something like this, but man. I have chronic joint pain and the last thing I wanna do after getting off work is get in and out of my car multiple times. So when I saw this subway offered curbside I was so happy! But then I got to subway, at the time I had scheduled for, and waited. I could see the order sitting on the pickup shelf, it was finished. There was no one in the store other than the worker at the counter and the manager who was cleaning the windows. Curbside usually takes a few minutes and they were both cleaning I get it. So I waited. But then it had been an entire 15 minutes, the manager had looked at me multiple times and just kept cleaning the windows. I am hungry so eventually I just gave up waiting and go in to grab my food. Not even a glance from the employee at the counter. I just… I know everywhere is understaffed and underpaid, but when the store is a ghost town and you don’t close for another entire hour there’s no excuse for not completing the curbside order.

I placed an order online and was charged for it but they never received the order at the store. When I got there they said I had to place it again even thought I showed them my charge pending in my bank account. So I ordered in store and paid with my credit card and still have 2 charges for $22.99 that have been taken out of my account. I’ve been trying to reach someone for almost 2 weeks to get my money back and keep getting the run around. Ridiculous.
