I look forward to coming into the store when I order a sandwich. Noah and Jackie are great. Very welcoming, fun spirited and kind people. Noah calls me by name when I come in which I think is a layer of service that is special. Seeing a group enjoy what they do and interacting with guests is awesome, something I wish we were better at in our own business! The addition of Cecelia is perfect. She fits right in and I love when she gives Noah a hard time! The culture they have created in the store is really cool! Kudos to your Fairlawn team! They are awesome and make lunchtime a little more special!

Would not recommend using the app to order food form here. The workers just add random stuff you don’t want on your sub. I ordered no veggies on my sub and they must of thought i needed my greens

I really have to give a huge shout out to Ashley!! I have never in my life seen anyone make a sandwich as perfect as she did. It absolutely blew my mind. I can 100% sat it was picture perfect. The sandwich was for my father and he is a little picky on how much is on his sandwich. He even said it was perfect!! Thank you Ashley for the job you do!!

This location does not have a phone. I ordered an online order to the wrong location (this location) and when I went to pick up my order at the location I meant to order at, they told me to call and get a refund from the one I accidentally put the pickup for. I called the number from google, and from the subway app for this location multiple times over 3 hours, and it just kept ringing. I finally decided to call the other state road location, where I was told “they either don’t have a phone or don’t answer their phones because we can never get ahold of them either.” I had to use the “customer service chatbot” on their website, as that’s the only way to get assistance through subway. The character limit was 250 characters and I could barely fit an explaination of my problem. I was told I would receive an email shortly, and now it’s been over 24 hours and have yet to receive a refund or an email back. This location even marked my order as “picked up” on the app?? I will not be returning to this subway ever again. How does a business not have a phone??

The girl with pink hair is the best subway has ever had. She could take over the world if she wanted but has kindly chosen not to (for now?). I wanted to update my review. I was wanting tuna today and so I came in and I have even more great things to say. The store is so clean and everything looked so nice and orderly in the food area and the food dispenser bins with vegetables. It looked awesome! My lunch is absolutely delicious. They did a great job packing up my order just the way I like it. Great job!

The Taylors are just the best women I could ask for to greet me when I come in. When you don’t have to speak the words of what you don’t want it’s just an easy experience when the friendly staff respect what you want with a smile and do their best. Place is clean, tasty and the only location I go to in town out of all of them. Great job everyone.

Tried going at 9:30 not very welcoming they stilled had 30 minutes left being open and door seemed lock like they were not looking to take any more orders. Wanted the meatball apparently though this subway decides to quite serving certain items before they close. Never heard of that but ok needless to say my business will no longer be coming to that subway if I choose to do to any at all. I have never been to a subway that has done this seems the staff is lacking at this one. On another note turns out was for the best though as I got my meatball sub elsewhere and was better. Lost a customer due to this though. Shame on you !

Worst Subway location for delivery. If you want your order right, go in & guide them through how to make it. Literally every single delivery order is wrong &/or missing food (we are unable to get out to go there at times). Every. Single. Time. To make it worse, they NEVER answer their phone & often just leave it off the hook. You can call anytime of the day & the phone will just ring continuously with no answer, so you can’t address the missing /messed up order, or you get the busy signal. Instead, you have to dispute the charges with your bank for the items you didn’t get or items that were made wrong & inedible. A pain. Go to any other location but this one. Will I ever learn my lesson & stop giving them chances?!
