Wouldn’t do protein pocket with olives because it’s not included in the description even though “it’s subway have it your way” gentleman and female working would not even add for an extra fee. In return they lost business on that item. Had it been not been ordered last no order would have been placed. Still got charged!!! Will absolutely not go back. On top of the fact that it said it was closed on line when in fact they were open. DO BETTER SUBWAY BARBERTON!!!! The owner needs to do better with his store and employees! Paid $31 for 2 salads and a flat bread sub!!!! GROSS

Ordered a veggie no cucumbers and not only was there hardly anything of the vegetables I asked for on the sub but cucumbers which I am allergic to. We had to take the sub apart just to find an inch of lettuce. This is the second time we ordered from there and had less than any other subway that we had to look for lettuce and four pieces of spinach.

Completely messed up both mine and my husband’s order. I even wrote in the comments section of the online order form, asking them to cut my sandwich into 3 pieces and remove the bread from the inside of my tuna sub.. Didn’t do any of that. The bread was also very hard and dry. I’m pretty sure the bread was not made fresh that day as it should have been. I’m quite disappointed in the service we received tonight. However, I suppose I should have expected it because all they had working there was one teenage young man. The poor kid was all by himself trying to complete all of the online orders as well as walk-ins. I honestly felt bad for him. He was super polite. So I will not fault him for the service tonight, as I’m sure he had a rough night. They should not be relying solely on one person to run this restaurant. Come on subway, do better by your employees please, and your patrons.

Got a buffalo chicken wrap to go yesterday. This is what it looked like when I opened it up. It was a mess and you could just tell it was quite literally thrown together and not even wrapped properly. I’m completely annoyed.

Completely screwed up my order. I ordered two subs and they put the toppings of the fiery meatball sub on my tuna sub. I hate the Sriracha sauce and my sub is COVERED in it. I also didn’t want oregano or parmesan cheese on it, I asked for pepper jack and got provolone.

We went in Subway With 40 minutes until close only to be told that the only bread they had was flatbread the lady was extremely rude. It’s pretty sad that the fast food in your town is better than the places that are supposedly healthy. What kind of Subway runs out of subs

I am livid. One of my best friends recently got a job here a few days ago. I decided to stop by and buy a sandwich and say hello. She did not make my sandwich or check me out, not until I sat down and was halfway thru my sandwich did I get to say hello. THAT I am not mad about. I understand she is working and has a job to do. However, after our one work conversation of hello, her manager proceeded to call me “distracting” and then kick me out. After I paid $15.00 for a foot long meal, PLUS extra tax to stay in and eat. I am a paying customer and even paid extra to sit in your lobby. Saying hello to my friend does no harm. Not to mention, there was hardly anyone in that lobby. The only other person was a gentleman ordering a mobile order on his phone. This is ridiculous service and will NOT be coming back. Will also be recommending my friend to get a new job.
