I placed my order online for a 12pm pickup and it went in as a 1pm pickup. The associate behind the counter said they can’t do an order before it prints even though I had my digital receipt on my phone. I tried to cancel my order but that was impossible. I had to wait an hour for my food. When the order finally printed the other associate who made it was on her phone video chatting with someone the whole time making my order slow as a snail. My salad came out good but ever since this location sold I feel it is not worth my time.

Looks are deceiving. This subway in general we go to all the time they are great however, today I ordered that new Oreo foot-long cookie. I wish I could get a refund that was the worst thing I ever tried. It says it’s supposed to have a vanilla cream. It definitely was not a cream. Unless the stuff was two months old, the stuff dried almost like a glue that wasn’t all the way dried yet and I can stretch it. A cream does not do that.

I arrived before 10:00 PM while the open sign was still on, and the posted closing time says 10:00 PM. The employee told me they close at 9:45 PM and refused service. Either the store hours are inaccurate or the employee was closing early without authorization. This is misleading for customers and needs to be addressed by management. I was highly upset being that I drove specifically to this location due to the closing of time being 10:00pm. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied as a customer.

Absolute worst subway in the area hands down!! Please don’t waste your time or money at this establishment. And please don’t order online if you’ve never been inside, as soon as you walk through the door and see how dingy this place is you will instantly regret it. You have officially been warned!

This location customer service is horrible! Instead of saying hi I’ll be right with you when I walked in, she just kept making whatever she was making, got almost done reading the entire menu for her to now say what can I get for you. Then once I ordered I asked about the order and ingredient for the girl to be rude about it. Smh

I waited 15 minutes in line to find out that the owner was saving the chicken that I wanted on my sub just incase he got an online order. If you dont want to handle the customers you already have why even be open to walk ins. I literally work across the street from this subway and refuse to go there ever again. Plus 18 dollars for a sub? You are better of driving five minutes up the road to Di Bellas or Jersy mikes.

So I always get the same sub. My normal 2 locations i go to were closed so I thought I’d give this location a try. When I got sprite there was mold from the soda nozzle because they didn’t clean it. They gave me a soda bottle instead. After I ate the sandwich, it was good, but I started feeling unwell shortly after. I felt unwell for the entire night and I ended up having my food come back up the way it went down. Not enjoyable in the slightest. I would assume the meat was bad or not stored right.

I had the BBQ chicken honey mustard sandwich on flatbread which was the most sorry looking sandwich I’ve ever ordered. They were stingy with the meat, veggies and sauce. I won’t be coming back here any time soon.
