Food and service is pretty alright, but it’s only alright.

This location is terrible, this is the second time they messed up my order. This second time was during a busy hour, they did my order and wrote my name on it. But after I payed and was NOT getting a drink, they didn’t hand me the food immediately. Instead they went to the next cashier for no reason at all. My food was already done, so what was the point of waiting in line at the second cashier. I then had to wait 5-10 minutes along with others, when they asked me for my name, which I gave. Then I just found out it was the wrong order, with my name on the box. So they understood they gave my order away, and just decided to write my name on the box with a random order. Do not go here unless you have no choice, this management is terrible.

Panda, Panda, Panda. In general you are consistent with your food. This location is pretty fast with service, but some team members seemed not too friendly. Maybe it was just this day I went. I have been to different locations and they typically are busy. My food actually upset my stomach, most likely the lo mein noodles, very oily! Other than that it was a tasty dinner, used my points for treats so it was a smooth transaction.

Ordered a large plate and they didn’t have mushroom chicken at the time of order. Little did I know that this is only the beginning of a 20-minute wait because they didn’t put the other entrees in my plate, and by the time mushroom chicken was ready, grilled Asian chicken ran out, so another 10-minute wait. Might as well remove the “Express” from the brand when many sit-down Chinese restaurants serve food faster than this.

Ordered food delivery through their app. I never received my food called the location. They stated they couldn’t help me because its through door dash. I informed them there was no picture taken to confirm the delivery. If this is who you partner with take responsibility if its not delivered. The store location was not helpful at all and refuse to refund my money.

It’s inside the student center, so it may be closed in the summer or during school holidays.
Otherwise, pretty standard Panda Express food. Lined get predictably long during lunch breaks. Employees are generally friendly and respectful.

I had my first Panda Express meal in the U.S. at here and the plate (two kinds of meat and rice or noodle) costs $10 now. The mushroom chicken is pretty good.

Their schedule says they are open till 5pm. I showed up at 4:30pm and they didn’t serve me, because they’re closed. Why do you put 5pm on a schedule then?! Just put 4pm, so students can plan accordingly
