Went in at peak lunch rush at 12:30. There was a line to the door with a lot of hungry costumers. But this team crushed it! The staff did an amazing job moving through the line. The lady making the sandwiches did an amazing job whipping up sandwiches, the gentlemen did a fantastic job finishing the sandwiches, and the cashier was pleasant! I am just so impressed with the teams ability to effortlessly work this a rush and remain professional and friendly. My sandwich was perfect and made exactly how I love. Great great store.

be very careful using your debit or credit card at this establishment. They automatically add a tip to your total and dont explain that you have to take it out yourself before putting payment in. they don’t tell you this before they charge you so you wind up giving them a tip whether you want to or not to me, that’s theft and stealing and very dishonest go to a different subway if I were you pretty crappy service then after I asked why I was charged a tip when all I did was tap my card. They proceeded to tell me that it was my fault because I added it after not pressing any buttons at all it automatically put it in there pretty crappy that not only do they steal your money. They wanna argue with you and tell you it’s your fault after it’s worth the drive to another subway down the street.

Every visit here reminds me why I keep coming back—the sandwiches are always fresh, the veggies crisp, and the bread just right. This store is always very clean. Every time I come in the manager always has everything looking so beautiful. The sandwiches are so fresh and taste great. The line even looks fresh and you can tell they rotate their food. This store is definitely a five star.

I haven’t been to a Subway in years! I was in a rush and needed a quick lunch so I popped into this Westlake location. I was pleasantly surprised. The employees were gracious and engaged. My sandwich was delicious!! I’ll be back.

Manager is very rude. Ordered two tuna subs for lunch for pick up. Getting back to the office my husband and I ate them. The bread was very old and stale . The tuna was extremely dry. Definitely not like they usually taste.
We ended up eating half of them and then throwing them away. One hour later, we both had stomach aches.
When I called to complain to the manager, she denied everything. I explained about the subs and then she eventually just hung up on me. I left a formal complaint with Subway. Will definitely not be going to that location again.

Owner there was extremely rude. Went to Subway with my two little ones on a stroller, but woman working there Said that she just mopped the floor and we cannot mess up her floors and wouldn’t let us bring stroller inside. She said I have to leave my stroller and kids outside and then come inside to place an order well sorry that ain’t happening. you just lost my business.
