I ordered online for a pickup time of 6:40 pm. When I got to the store, they didn’t have it ready because they said they didn’t get the order. When I showed them the order and confirmation number and time when I ordered it, they still didn’t make it. So I ordered again right I front of them and when I asked them if they got the order, I was ignored. I asked again if they got the order and the server just waved the receipt while tuning me out and making the order. They did not earn a tip from me and I will not return. Do a better job with your service

For several years I would Visit Subway once or twice a week. Recently, we were having a party and, based on a coupon, wanted to order several Subs. Even though there are five Subways within a few minutes of us, only one would accept the coupon. Then, when I tried to order online, their site would not work on Microsoft Edge or Samsung’s operating systems. So, I tried to call ahead but they do not accept phone orders any longer. They need to straighten out their act.

Very bad customer service.
I was running late so called then beforehand. I was told I would be served as long as I was able to make it to the store before 8:00 PM. They literally closed the door on my face at 7:55 pm. They already had a customer inside when I reached there, but refused to even acknowledge that I was standing outside even thought they talked to me just a few minutes ago.
I called them again thinking they would open the door. But the person who picked the phone said we are closed. When asked why was I told that I would be served as long as I was in before 8:00, she said talk to my manager.
The ‘manager’ repeated the same but offered no explanation for telling what they told over the phone. Bad experience. Never ever going to this location again.

Everytime I go in there it’s always the same guy there so I assume he’s the owner. He’s very stingy with the toppings. I ask for more Onions he grab like 3 pieces of onion. I continously asked for more and he barley gave me more onion. Hes always stingy with toppings when i come. This Subway is convenient cause it’s on my to work but I will never return cause i didn’t feel satisfied.

The worst customer service!! I walked in and stood in front of the 2 female workers. They totally ignored me. I waited until one finally looked up and very slowly took my order. Neither one smiled. I felt like I was a bother being there. ….And they don’t take coupons.

Ordered a foot long sweet onion teriyaki, staff measured the meat portion in a weighing scale and took some out but when she placed it on the bread she struggled to cover the entire foot long of bread. The meat portion was equivalent for an 6 inch. While the next customer who ordered the same, their meat portion was not weighed and they got solid portion that’s needed for the foot long, almost double my portion. Slightly disappointed on the service from this staff alone but not on other staff who served the veggies.

Placed an order online for a 12 inch The Boss and they gave me a 6 inch. This isn’t the first time either, they have absolutely terrible service and are guaranteed to mess up your order. Thought that after not going to this location for a couple years everything would be fixed, I was clearly wrong

I try to stop here each day for a breakfast sandwich- typically around 7:30 when they open. The past week, it’s never unlocked when they’re open. Now today, it’s 9am and the open sign is on and the doors locked. I would love to keep giving business, but the inconsistencies are incredibly frustrating.
