I was hesitant after reading the reviews, but it’s the closest subway to me, so I figured I’d give it a go. At least my experience was nothing like all the warnings. The employee who served me was quick, polite, conversational, and made my sandwich correctly and with care.

The owner was rude when I asked for a specialty wrap, he said that I needed to tell him the ingredients, it got to the point that when I asked for an ingredient like peppers he will give me only one, same with onions and it got to the point he gave me one olive! The Veggies were far from fresh and the subs did not taste good at all. The customer service isn’t very good either. I highly recommend going to the subway in the marathon gas station at 82 & Howe rd. Instead.

Someone please train these people how to make a real sandwich and close it right!!!! and stop putting 5 leaves of spinach like its a rare commodity, make a sandwich like you would at home, you wouldn’t put one slice of meat and half a cheese and a strand of lettuce would you?! Then make a manly sandwich at the restaurant and dont skimp on ingredients!!
