I am in AWE at how ridiculous this is. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WATCH THEM MAKE YOUR ORDER. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. THIS IS THE RESTAURANTS FAULT -NOT- THE DELIVERY SERVICE.
We ordered two sandwiches with, you know, meat. We paid extra to add bacon to the sandwiches. What we got was beyond wrong.
There was NO MEAT on either sandwich, just the bacon. The got one of the breads wrong. They gave us a tiny dollop of ranch. Receipt for reference to prove the order was put through correctly, and the workers just felt like skipping the meat cuz it’s funny?
The delivery service was ontop of things and let us know that the oven wasn’t working. We were bummed but understand some things are out of the restaurants power. However this is absurd.
We called the manager and got an apathetic apology (and even asked to provide screenshots and receipt as if we were lying?? So here’s your proof) but is offering to give us free subs TOMORROW as it was too close to closing time by the time we got our subs. While that is appreciated, this whole situation could have been avoided and it ruined our night.
Edit: we called at 9:01pm once we got our food and found out they close at 10pm and she told us to not come in tonight as if they just closed…so that pisses me off more.

And older woman was behind the counter when my son and I walked in….she asked if we were picking up an online order…when we replied no….she seemed upset that she had to actually make more subs. Rude when she asked what we wanted and kinda throwing and slamming things on the counter. When she rang us up…she had mentioned she didn’t charge us for something…maybe bacon….and then muttered something I didn’t understand under her breath bc she had seen I didn’t tip her. We will never use this Subway again.

Horrible second time this place has messed my order up and u call to tell them and they ignore there phones but she’s sitting and not even busy first time sandwiches made wrong this time I sent my employee to get my meal and they forgot half my order and can’t get ahold of anyone and never fixed the first problem even though I messaged customer service might be time to stop giving subway my money horrible way to treat your customers.

Great place to have a classic sub sandwich and change it up for once. We will definitely be returning to this location, and to the staff, keep up the great work you all are amazing. The food was fresh and the servings are very generous. Thank you for a great meal.

If I could give this place a zero star for my grandma who literally got food poisoning all night, all day long. The people were literally in the back and not working and literally forgot about her order, forgot her stuff in the microwave never came back out for her order. Least to say her bread was STALE, Flakey, and literally in crumb’s. She was unable to eat the whole sandwich. There was absolutely nothing on it I do not recommend subway in Strongsville the bag walking out felt like a feather.

Paid $14 for my order, money was taken, but Subway refused to give me the food because they “couldn’t see it in the system.” I showed proof of payment, they still refused and wouldn’t even call the manager. Left without food and without money. Terrible service — beware!

I’m standing in here right now to pick up an online order i placed 40 mins ago. It’s now 14 mins past my pickup time and she is just now starting to make my order. It seems there is only 1 lady working right now during lunch hours and trying her best but this is ridiculous. If I did not already pay online I’d just walk out as I just watched 2 of the 5 ppl in line do. Poor women has 5 ppl in line and 2 over here waiting on pickup orders. Get a manager for this place. Guess I’ll go to the other subway near by from now on. This my 2nd experience here like this, only reason I’m writing review!

Ordered a subway club online. Kid making it was high as heck. Got home….no meat in sub. No biggie, reach out to store….they won’t refund or credit me. If you like meat, don’t go here.
