They never have anything in stock at all , no puree, hardly any sticks , no bread to make sandwhiches , hardly any meat/cheese so they ask “do u want a grilled cheese instead “ also they have 2 tiny trays on the counter where customers can see , shelves are empty why is night shift cleaning up at 11-1pm if it’s not near closing time but back to the trays they have them sitting there with all different kinds of food touching ..did we forget about allergies smh… everytime I go to order they’re out of everything and then the employees are so rude when you’re simply just trying to order and go on about your day . Management u need to take care of this rude employee situation and supposedly always being out of food .. because I’ve worked for honey dew and dunkin you guys get a shipment each morning . So this needs to be resolved thanks

Coffee was very watery. Very weak coffee. Service was great though. Also had an egg, cheese and ham in an onion bagel. That was tasty. Very happy that they still offer onion bagels, whereas Dunks no longer does.

I saw a news story about a construction class at Westerly High School that competed a heartwarming community project. With community support they built and delivered a beautiful wooden shelter designed to protect a wheelchair bound elementary school student from winter weather while waiting for the school bus. I wanted to send the students a morning snack recognizing them, but I live in another state. I contacted the good folks at Honey Dew Donuts and worked with “Everett,” who took my very large order (for 40 students) and delivered it all to the classroom. Great job, thank you!

I always get an egg and cheese and a drink with Boba. The egg and cheese is soooo good every time, toasted perfectly and the cheese is so yummy and melty. I have some annoying specific instructions whenever I get my drink but they’re always polite and follow my directions, and I LOVE that they have boba!!! Everything is so well priced too. Everything in the bakery looks sooo good and tastes amazing and they have soo many drink options. Best place to get a tasty little treat imo, cheaper and better quality than Dunkin or Starbucks. My only complaint is they run out of some things very quickly (like glazed donuts or everything bagels) but they always have good alternatives

I love this location! My coffee is always made correctly, the staff are professional, clean, and friendly. They always have some opportunity to win a gift card, not to mention the free samples! Best coffee in town!! The owner/manager is AWESOME he is making coffees, cleaning windows and mopping! Doing whatever he can to help his staff, what a great manager no wonder the location is so great!

Honey Dew donuts beats the other competitor hands down. The coffee is delicious. The bagels are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The steak and egg sandwich was out of this world! I also love that they use kraft paper for their packaging. Lastly, incredible customer service. Oh, I almost forgot…I had the lemon filled donut and was delighted at the fluffiness of the donut. It was not overly sweet. Grab one today.

This Honey Dew Donuts location always is fast, accurate with orders, and has the MOST FRIENDLY staff. The coffee, cinnamon sticks, (my favorite), and other food and beverages, are always delicious! The app is really good too, and is generous in the discounts to keep you coming back for more, (as if you need more reasons, lol)! Thanks for doing such an amazing job!
