The treatment we received was racist and unacceptable. A group of African American women were treated with disrespect and rushed out of the establishment. My order was incorrect, and the employee was rude and dismissive. When a customer of the same race as the staff arrived, their tone and attitude changed completely. The employees are rude. I was going to get a dozen chocolate chips and I said I wanted them fresh. They had them in the oven. The guy refused and wanted to. Sell me the dry cookies and tell me they were fresh. The cookies looked lifeless.

I have been holding off on a review since i give establishments a chance.
1. They were stingy when making a BLT sandwich, 3 pieces of bacon very little was given for toppings lettuce, spinish tomatoes ect.
2. Went in today, got a BLT I paid for extra bacon so I didn’t just get 3 pieces.stingy on the toppings plus they were not fresh, my red onion was floppy, nothing was crispy- fresh. like it should be. The people who run this subway does not follow the slogan.
Subway eat “FRESH”
I will not be going to this one again.

Ordered online got a mvp steak sub. Bread was hard no steak an not to mention the sandwich was a little bigger than a golf ball. Walked in guy had an attitude while waiting on the food the guy was load and talking about use and our order. Not mad just a reminder why it’s been 5 yrs since I have been to a subway. Stick with ANY other sub shop.

This store has taken down bad reviews previously. So reposting as a beware for anyone considering this store. My order online was not complete, when I arrived I asked to add the items missed and was told they’d do it this time but in the future too bad. So I have no intention on returning. I’ve spent hundreds of $$ at this specific subway and they could care less about their customers.

I ordered thru the subway app. While waiting i recieved a call from the dasher that was supposed to pick up my order. They sounded frustrated telling me that they wouldnt give him my order. I then called the subway, and they told me that someone had already picked up my order and left. But it wasnt the dasher that came to pick up my food,and that they couldnt do anything about it. His reasoning was they said my name and he gave them my food and that was it. That since i had already paid for it thru the app ,that i couldnt get anything ,regarding a recept,and they couldnt remake the order. Dispite, me never getting the order at all. He then proceeded to cancel the order and ofc i never got my money back. So someone stole my order ,and nothing was done about it.

The young guy that works here is super duper stingy with the sandwich toppings, and rude too. He puts exactly one microgram of whatever veggie you dare ask for and then yells “what else” and then you’re supposed to leave a tip too. He needs to be fired.
