This is the slowest, most disorganized place I’ve ever witnessed. I’m not sure if an adult even works in the building. Wait times are crazy. No 3 people waiting, no drive through and the guy in front of me is well beyond 10 minutes of waiting for a single cheeseburger. Meanwhile, a lot of standing, talking, phone scrolling. 30 plus minutes waiting as a dasher for an order here while I write this……… crazy

The drive through line is always around the building. Not because it is the best location around but because it takes so so so long to get your food. I’m not sure if this location has different slower equipment than other locations but something is up. It is consistently taking literally forever. The same when dining inside or drive through. I cannot imagine why it takes so long.

We have been waiting in line to pick up a mobile order for over 45 minutes now. We have 1 item in our order. I don’t know what is happening, but they should just close the store if this is the service. Maybe they are short staffed, but I’ve seen at least 3 employees through the window. Multiple cars have just left. There is one car in front of us and we have not moved in over 10 minutes.

Most of the staff is awesome. Tom is the shining star, she made me feel so welcome, smiling and very cheery. Someone went to her and said there was an issue in the bathroom, she was on the way to fix it before the customer could sit down. Someone went to Logan and said the same thing about the men’s room, he went to it before they sat down also. The only real problems with this location is Kayla literally yelling at employees in front of customers, very unprofessional. The flies and fruit flies are horrible,I have to cover my food between bites……. They are relentless.

Not a single car in like and took several minutes just to greet me, then was asked to wait for several more minutes, finally ordered my one breakfast sandwich and pulled up to the first window, several more minutes go by before a worker comes to the pay window….here comes the final window, 3 or 4 minutes at this window and after what felt like 2 business days I get my one singular sandwich…I take my first bite after eagerly waiting 17 minutes for my one sandwich and the biscuit is stale with rubbery overcooked egg, couldn’t even put a bite mark in it!
