I went to BP gas station and Richmond and Chagrin to buy a gift card for a friend. It was nice and quiet in there from what I saw of the restaurant which is order and take home there is no indoor seating. It’s a gas station that offers a subway. It was clean their food prep areas. Look nice and clean as well. I like that. Everything is covered by glass which is great. The lady behind the counter was very hospitable very simple to do my transaction.

I usually go to this location around 10:40pm during the week after work but recently on several occasions, the caucasian lady told me that she can’t take my order, shes only doing door dash, and I would have to come back around 11:30pm !!!

This is an objectively bad Subway. I didn’t notice any problems with the food, but the state of sanitation and general upkeep made me uneasy. Service is a bit haphazard.
The big positive here is that the prices are still the cheaper 2019-2020 era prices (as of 10/2021) even though they have already launched the “Pro” menu, so there’s reason to believe that will hold for a while at least.

This subway is located inside a gas station. Upon entering the establishment we were greeted with a hand written note stating that they would open when someone showed up and that no they did not know when that would be.
