OMG I just left Bent Bean 2 minutes ago, they were polite, very fast and this is the best coffee I’ve ever had! I don’t go out for coffee much because it’s never good. They’re lovely! I almost jumped out of the car to go tell them!

The staff are definitely AWESOME! Very friendly and helpful! We went there to get some breakfast. Got a sandwich on bagel, a sandwich on English muffin and a burrito. The Burrito was good but the sandwiches not so much. A bit pricey of the quality but it seems like they are there for their drinks. Hot chocolate was good enough.

Decided to give bent bean a try after a while and safe to say I won’t return again.
After placing my order and paying nearly $7 for my drink, I tried it just after pulling out from the drive thru and right away was not happy with the way the drink was made. I pulled around and said hey, I just went through, I’m so sorry but my drink doesn’t taste good, can I change it for something else? I was told she would ask her manager and the response I got was “we can make you another drink but you have to pay for it.”
Horrible customer service. They had just charged me for a drink and want to charge me a remake because they did not make it correctly? So in the end the customer, is left paying $14 for one drink?
I did not go back and forth other than saying how ridiculous that was.
I love supporting small town businesses but I’d much rather take my money and business elsewhere.

It can be hard to find coffee in burley for obvious reasons. And this place is open on SUNDAY. Lots of options for coffee lovers and for non coffee people like me. They made me a tasty smoothie and a delicious coffee for my significant other.

Like any other casino, a good place to loose your money, LOL.
Every time I have been here is always hard to get a drink, something I had to go to the bar to get my own drink more than once on a visit there.
Their restaurant do have good food and service it’s just the thing of having to pause your game to go grab a drink.

For whatever reason the ladies working this morning were extremely rude.They forgot the drizzle on my drinks and then when I asked about it at the window the lady said “omg well that’s gonna be extra.” Didn’t give a new total or receipt and then turned around and told the lady “just put a little bit on top.” I wasn’t rude to her so idk what her issue was but I promise you it did not make me feel good about paying almost $17 for 2 drinks. Workers in the past when i have went have always been pleasant and made the drinks well. Not this time I guess ♀️ do better ladies..
