Really disappointing experience at this Subway. I asked for extra onions and green peppers, and the employee said she would “find a way to charge extra” for them, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. The staff often have a bad attitude, especially a young girl with glasses and another woman — they are not friendly at all. The only good experience I have is when one Indian girl is working; she’s always polite and makes the sandwich perfectly. Customer service here seriously needs improvement.

The owner is dramatic. This franchise location is not stocked. Owner blames their suppliers for shortages.
This is where her issue started. She posted a sign out of meatballs and I failed to see it before walking in. I tried to order a meatball sub and obviously couldn’t. I then expressed my disappointment as they had this same issue 5 days prior so I left and decided to come back and try again a different time.
Now I regret coming back! She called me rude for being disappointed. She started ranting about how I was so upset over a meatball sub and to basically get over myself.
Like ma’am aren’t you in the service of making sandwiches? Like yes ma’am I am sad you don’t have a sub. I’m sorry I don’t have bigger problems in life? It’s like she was mad at me because I was upset and didn’t see her sign.
Her customer service is nonexistent. Instead of understanding her shortcomings as a business owner she shamed the customer for wanting a sandwich.
Don’t waste your gas going to this location as they also do not accept the Subway coupons.

I usually try to give only positive reviews, but my experience tonight was so terrible that I feel the need to warn other customers. My foot long had 4 slices of turkey on it… I wish I was joking. Posted pictures for proof. They put the smallest portions of toppings on as well. I asked for lettuce, extra tomato, red onion, and mayo. I literally couldn’t taste most of them because there was so little. I basically just ate mayo-covered bread for dinner. For anyone craving a sub – there’s a nice Jersey Mike’s down the street that won’t waste your time or completely ruin your dinner!

Picked up a catering order this weekend. The five sandwiches were split in thirds and individually wrapped. Condiments were provided and everything was ready on time. Couldn’t have been easier, handled with a smile. Thank you so much!

I came here on Monday afternoon to grab a lunch to go. I’ve been to many Subway restaurants in the past and swore to never return because of bad experiences. I have to say the two ladies working Monday after were absolutely amazing. I was told about the specials, my sub was packed with ingredients and they were so friendly. I will definitely come back to this location and hope to see those two ladies again! I was having kind of a rough start to my day and you made me smile.

I just ordered a meatball sandwich. It was the worst sandwich I have ever had. Meatballs were white?? Did not taste like a meatball sandwich. Bread was dryer than an old fart. Had to rip it apart. Could not bite through the bread. Will never eat here again. Inedible!!!! Would give less than one star if I could!!!

Went with a three star as I’ve had to have my orders remade twice now in my last three visits.
First time I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich and they forgot the bacon. Lady was friendly and remade it right away.
Second time was a bit worse as I placed a pickup order and drove home with the wrong food. Grabbed the right bag with my name and order on it, but the wrong items were inside. Called to let them know of the mistake and they accused me of grabbing the wrong bag. Don’t really like being accused of something they did wrong. Drove back over and they made it correctly this time around though.
