I gave five stars to the the location in Tucson. Pizzas really good. Lots of room for seating. I want to give five stars, but the employee give me a dirty look just because I was taking a picture of the Chicago Riverwalk picture. As a business owner I tried to leave good reviews and five-star reviews. You always have those employees that are bad for the company.

I always loved Barros but after this being my second horrible experience I am done. The first time I ordered my entire pizza was missing from the order, how!!!?! It’s a pizza place correct? Now I get my order and it is half baked, cheese slid everyone and it was just soggy. Reached out to the manager and he said he would make a new one and bring it. After that I received no communication until I called asking for a refund and the cashier had no idea what I was talking about, communication is definitely bad. I will never do business with them again.

Definitely not the Barro’s that I remember. Definitely reminded me of the Barro’s I haven’t been to for a long time and why. I asked that my wings have extra sauce covering all six wings. There was about a spoonful of sauce at the bottom of the container. The wings were drier than the cardboard container they gave them to me in. They were practically room temperature after my 5 minute drive home. OK, I should have checked in before I left. Shame on me for not following my own rules for takeout. I was tired.
I was the only customer there. The workers were shouting instructions about what to clean across the restaurant. I went outside to get away from that. They told me 15 minutes. I went back in after 5 minutes and my order was ready. As it was after dinner, I’m sure I got what was prepared before dinner. There was plenty of help in the kitchen. I should have been their sole concern. They didn’t follow the instructions at all.
Sorry, Barro’s Pizza. I won’t be coming back and I cannot recommend your Gilbert store.

We were back in town for the weekend and came here for lunch. Everything was excellent! I love the atmosphere, the easy ordering at the counter, the multiple tv screens with lots of sports, the food was ready instantaneously, etc. The lunch specials are great! The pizza, salad, and drinks were awesome! These guys know how to do it right. We’re definitely coming back every time we’re in town. Wish they had Barro’s Pizza in Utah.

So far been to two different locations and ordered the same thing. Both times they were made the same way. Pizza nice and HOT with plenty of toppings and cheese. The wings were pretty good as well. The place was nice and clean with a friendly staff.

I recently went in to this restaurant on marketplace. It’s right off of the Santan village Parkway. Service with the front counter. Or front of the house is not so good. The problem I have is I come in and I want to look at the menu for just a few moments. But the girls be at the new girls or the girls that have been there a while. Don’t like the fact that I say just give me a minute. Let me look at the menu real quick. Cause I could never seem to find them after I tell them that I just need a minute to look at the menu. Because when they see me walking toward the counter, they wanna ride away asked me how can I help you? What do you want to order. But I don’t know. That’s why I need a moment to look at the menu. So it ends up happening is I have to order using the online app. Or I go through Chrome and just order it online. So I never ever speak to the girls at the front again after I told them I just need a minute to look at the menu. Every now and then there’s a brand new girl that is really helpful. But the girls that have been there a while are never around to help and when I ask him to give me a minute, they seem to get upset get mad cause I never see him again. I’d like to tell the manager, but I never see the manager. Every now and then I may see him if I make an order and he can’t find the girls that’s the only time I ever see the manager. But the food is good. I always order a pizza or I get the spaghetti, meatball garlic bread with cheese and the garden salad. I don’t know about the atmosphere cause I never stay. I’ve gone to multiple Barro’s locations. This one at the marketplace in Gilbert. Seems to be the only one that has this issue with the front of the house. I’ve gone to the one downtown Phoenix on Central & Virginia. I like the one in Indian band and Pima. The one in Tempe is really good. I’ve even gone to the one down in Casa grande. The other location I think is pretty good. Is the one on Greenway and 40th St. Oh I almost forgot about the location on 32nd St. and Indian school.

Best THICK crust gluten free pizza. Most places only offer thin crust gf pizza. Super affordable and great selection of kids meals for my picky eaters ( non gf). Kids meal prices are fantastic too. We usually do the spaghetti and meatballs or the French bread pizza. Definitely one of the kids favorite places to eat and play while they wait for food.

Barros is our favorite family pizza place. Their salads are loaded, their wings are great and their pizza is great. They have a wonderful kid area where kids can play and eat.
