Excellent service and very friendly staff. They were on point with our order and the restaurant itself was very clean. Our subs were just a slight bit more toasted than maybe we would have liked but that isn’t the end of the world. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had in any sort of restaurant lately.

By far the slowest service ever. Not busy 1 person before me would not stop talking about her HS band. 45 minutes to even take my order!!! I left went to another subway, it was closed and came back and she was still helping the guy in front of me. By far the slowest employee I have ever seen in my life.

I’ve been going to this subway for 4 years now and the service is always consistent. Ms. Rita is polite, quick and very personable. The ingredients always look and taste fresh. The store is spotless no matter what time of day you come in. Often times she’s working the store alone but you won’t catch her complaining. If you’re in Middlefield and need a quick bite for lunch, stop at her Subway and she’ll get you in and out with a full belly.

I go to order 3 chicken bacon subs using the subway coupons you get in the mail that is supposed to be accepted and after this man makes the subs I go to use my coupon and he gives me the most BS excuse I’ve ever heard that I had to ask him 5 times what the heck he even said with his broken accent. No wonder barely anyone goes to this deserted place
