I love this subway on tyler blvd. I don’t live in mentor but I come all the way from were I live or even on break at work to come see the most amazing people and atmosphere. This is the only place that you can laugh and joke around with the employees back and forth banter with out getting up tight lol. My kids even love coming here just to talk with the workers. And I come in once a week lol just for the fun. Thank you guys brandi

Was getting a $6.49 meal monday through Friday everyday for lunch. today the meal is $10. I was told I was getting a deal from the workers(which I didn’t ask for).. today instead of my usual $6.49 meal it was $9.28. Was a huge fan of this location but not as much anymore. I did ask if it was because the worker rang it in incorrectly I was still told it doesn’t make a difference.

I hadn’t eaten at a Subway in many many years as the choices in sub shops is abundant and the quality of Subway was at the bottom. With the revamping of their menu and technology real reason a gift card I decided to give it a try and downloaded the app. Do not use the app if you have a gift card. My 4 sub order was $52 I entered my $20 gift card into the app and tried to pay. The app will only let you use one payment type so I couldn’t place the order and use the card and gift card so I drove to the store where the kid behind the counter says ” Yeah the app sucks I don’t know what to tell you.” I explain I’m now running late and just pay with my credit card and send the order through the app. They start making my subs and 5 people come in while I’m waiting there they set my subs aside and start making everyone else’s Subs! So I ask the waterhead did you stop making my subs and make all there’s while I’m standing here waiting? He got really snotty and said I’m doing all that I can dude! Never again I knew I hated Subway. I’ll re-gift the gift card.

Went in this past Saturday 40 minutes before closing with a coupon, Oh No I’m informed they don’t take coupons here anymore.
Smart employee says what you want we/I have some deals.
Oh ok great I want a foot long basic sub, Smart employee says fine Turkey Foot long for $7.00, Wow! fantastic that’s 1cent over the coupon price,
Now I will return here and be a regular customer, this employee has made me sandwiches before and does Not skimp on ingredients as many Subway stores do.

Never ate at a more fresh Subway. There is no better one around. Staff is always friendly, always keep the place clean, and make sure you get what you ordered. I don’t like Subway, but I really like this one. Just vibes differently. And yes, the egg they serve there is real and it is DELICIOUS!

Order 12 cookies All 12 cookies were Raw contacted the manager and he was in so many words told me to contact door dash but they are the ones that made them.he should of least said to come up here for more cookies that were done but nawl nothing .never again. Raw dough is danger shame on him
