If I could give zero stars, I would. Neither of the 2 out of 4 sandwiches that we ordered were toasted, as asked. ALL 4 SANDWICHES had RAW bacon on them. They claim that the bacon comes precooked but, as you can clearly see in the photos…the bacon is NOT cooked. Diana and Amy are both an embarrassment to the Subway name. They told us they would only replace half of our order as, the only thing they would take responsibility for (no surprise here) was that the 2 sandwiches were not toastes. I asked for all 4 sandwiches to be replaced. Both Amy and Diana…refused. And then, Diana told me that she would tell Amy that I don’t want either of my free sandwiches, which I never once said. So, if a customer complains about an incorrectly made order, they will offer you HALF of what they messed up, and then decline to replace anything at all. Great customer service, NOT. Pathetic that these two are in charge. I guess it’s no surprise that they are unable to be 100% professional, seeing as they work with high school kids all day. Clearly, they have the same mentality. I’m grateful that I have a good connect in Subways corporate. Because apparently, Amy is part of their corporate. Such a shame and embarrassment to the community. What could have been such an easy fix, after YEARS of being a customerhere, turned all wrong…merely because of the piss poor management.

Trinity made my sandwich and she was very patient with me even though I didn’t really know what I wanted, she helped me with suggestions as well! Very clean store and all the food was fresh

Food is mostly good. I did a mobile order recently and i did not get extra mayo like i requested and the worker was rude to my pregnant wife for seemingly no reason.

Everytime I go to this subway it is clean neat and fresh, I usually ask for Diana. She makes the best sandwich’s and always helps me with my online difficulties.

Every time we stop here the service is the best! I’ve never had bad service or bad food. Keep up the great work. I cannot single out one employee when every single one has been great and goes above and beyond for us. This is the only subway I will visit. ❤️

We’ve neem coming in for sandwiches for about 2 years now. We’ve yet to have a bad experience overall. The food has always been decent. The only criticism we’d have is the changing staff sometimes appear to care less about you, but that’s a teenager/young adult I suppose. Nothing would prevent us from coming back, because we will.

This Subway is one of the better ones that we visit. The staff is quick and friendly and the food is good.
The only issue I have here is a criticism of Subway in general and their insistence in letting customers come in with a list of sandwiches they are ordering for multiple people. This rarely goes well and these people slow down the otherwise efficient process of ordering in the fast casual style. I only wish there was a policy of 2 or three subs per person or that single order people can jump the line in front of the “list” people.
