Ordered online paid for extra protein when I got home you could barely see any tuna my husband commented wow a vegetarian sub from subway. Called the store was told I could come back or come in next day. Came in next day was told they would have to check cameras. REALLY!!! What a crock. Will never visit here again!

Just had a chicken bacon ranch salad. The bacon was so fatty that it stayed in a string despite the chopping of the salad. All 6 pieces were nothing but fat. GROSS!!

Okay so I get that people have bad days, but for the employees at this location EVERY day is a bad day. You can smell their attitudes as soon as you walk in the door and they act mad about having to take your order. If you call your spouse to ask about their veggies? They don’t like that. They will call you out and say that YOU’RE being rude for being on the phone. My husband went in to order a salad and they said in unison “we don’t cut salads”. First of all, that’s not a salad. That’s a slice of cheese, lunch meat and lettuce in a bowl. That is an unmade sandwich. Why you can’t chop a salad is beyond me.

So i walked into subway with my brother and his friend (his friend was ordering). The person behind the counter told us he was not serving my brothers friend because apparently over a year ago he had went to that subway with his other friend and claimed that the other friend was making fun of one of the employees, and he pretty much kicked us out of subway. I’m not sure if he is even allowed to refuse service especially about something from over a year ago and it wasn’t even him who was making fun of someone it was his friend. Very rude man behind the counter. Told us if we have a problem to bring our mom up there. Terrible service.

The Store manager was rude, disrespectful saying things like he was the fastest and got mad because my friend tries to explain to him what he wanted. Mind you there was no one else in the store just my friend. He did not prepared the food as I requested and did the most disgusting sandwich ever. I suggest the store manager should take matters in the situation since it was out of order what the manager did. I am NEVER GONNA BUY THERE ANYMORE.

The guy there that took the order is Mark. He was rude, my brother was in the phone to get the order correct. He told him “fyi it’s harder when people are on there phones. So I called the manager and she was rude as well. I will never go here again!

Best Subway location around. There is a subway closer to me, but I willingly have been driving to the 42nd street Subway for several years because of the excellent customer service. Everyone is always friendly and they follow closely to instructions given for sub requests. The quality of food that comes out of there is nothing less then outstanding. With their great team work they are quick at making food and it’s made to perfection. The restaurant is always clean and stocked up on everytime I’m in there. I have ordered cattering from the same location and was not disappointed, nor were the others at the event that had the pleasure of trying the delicious sub trays.The sub trays were very well made and organized.They actually looked like the advertisement pictures! I highly recommend this location for your subway needs. Without a question it deserves 5 star out of 5!

Walked in to order food and my ten year old needed to use the bathroom. The worker told her their bathroom isn’t for the public despite the door having a restroom sign on it facing the lobby. Lost a $40 sale.
