We got the NY style 16 inch pizza and it leaves a lot behind. Thin crust wasn’t soft at all seemed burnt no sauce. The boneless wings that were supposed to be garlic parm flavored had almost no sauce.

I am pleased that the manager or supervisor assisted me with error with my app order. I was at the point of frustration and was on the way of making a corporate call to resolve the issue however she took care of me with kindness and grace after seeing my concern. I appreciate her respect and empathy over the situation and it shows how customers are valued.
ps – i didnt catch her name however she was in charge 10/28 at 530pm and should be recongnized for great customer service!

Maybe my cheesesticks were only cooked on top & complete dough on the bottom because I almost cancelled my order due to them not having large thin crust pizzas, maybe not, but they were so disgusting! I don’t really care for their pizza already (husband does) but the cheesesticks are normally so good! A waste!

We have placed an order through uber eats 4 times and received our order twice. The first time our uber eats order was brought to us by someone in a Pizza Hut uniform, with Pizza Hut branded delivery bag. The second time we waited 45 minutes for the store to cancel the order. The third time 2 delivery drivers went to the store and left because there was no order. The third driver called us because there was no order for us and the store told him it was already picked up. We also called the store and they argued with us. The uber driver was super awesome and offered to wait so the store was forced to make the food. This last time we ordered our order was immediately canceled by the store. Not exactly sure what kind of hot mess is going on there but I’d advise anyone to avoid. Go to the Pizza Hut in Louisburg or anywhere else really.

I have ordered delivery from here several times and almost every time the breadsticks are messed up. Half the time they don’t have any seasoning at all. The pizza itself was great but it’s really frustrating to be looking forward to some good breadsticks only to receive plain, dry ones.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut location. I ordered the Family Box Special and when I went to pick it up, I noticed the wings were boneless. I was never informed they had to be boneless when I placed the order, and my family and I don’t eat boneless wings. I politely asked to switch them to bone-in wings, and the employee first said I would need to pay a $4 difference, which I was fine with. But then she changed her mind and said it would actually cost $14 because she couldn’t ring it up properly.
When I asked to simply swap the wings for the pasta that was also an option, she rudely refused. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed she was the manager, all while maintaining a rude and nasty attitude. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and it ruined our meal. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I would not recommend it to anyone. It was a terrible experience from start to finish.

Ordered online. Traditional wings and large pizza with pork and mushrooms. Should have checked it before I left. Got home and I had a pepperoni pizza. No mushrooms, No pork!

Order was all messed up. I ordered a large, but got a medium, told the deliver person they said it was a large but it only 12 inches. Then tried to call, it all overseas staff for the phone , they keep transferring me to the store and no one would pick up for over 30min. Lost out on over $12, its a shame that a local store in Rolesville you can only talk to some call center who knows were. last time ever eating at Pizza Hut every again !!!!
