This location is the most exceptional subway of them all. It surpasses many other locations in the surrounding area. Their service is always on point, friendly, helpful, clean, organized and hospitable. This location has always been consistent in every aspect. If you haven’t had good experiences at subways, then you haven’t come to this location. Please give it a try!

I placed the order for 8:30 PM pick up and wasn’t able to get there because my app told me to go to a different store asked if they can fix the order because they had it in the cooler still instead of canceling the order and refunding it like they’re supposed to. They just kept it into a cooler for the next day, which is weird and gross like who’s going to take that? It’s been sitting for over eight hours. That’s disgusting. They refuse to refund they refuse to remake. I spoke to some lady and I don’t know if she’s the manager or not but if she can’t even follow Subway®’s own policies, she don’t need to work there. Also, they marked it as picked up, even though it was never picked up, which is fraud. I have disputed it with my card company. If they don’t give my money back, I will dispute with the Attorney General of Ohio as fraud because you marked something as picked up by the customer, even though it was not. then you refuse to refund as well as remake which is theft so that would be theft in a fraud against you.

This is my favorite Subway location! They do such a good job at keeping it clean and well maintained. I go here frequently and they have never gotten my order wrong. All of the employees are very friendly, especially the lady that was working today! I didn’t think to ask her for her name, but just in case management sees this: The woman working at 7:40pm on 8/22/2025 is wonderful! She is so pleasant every time I see her. In a world where good customer service is hard to come by, she is a true gem!

They made my sandwich completely wrong. Didn’t follow directions. When I called to complain about the sandwich the lady tells me bring the sandwich back and they can remake it. Normally, that would be fine but since I am working I explained to the lady that I could not bring it back. I am on my lunch break and used it to pick the food up. She proceeds to tell me they are open til 9 and I could bring the sandwich back after work. So I’m supposed to wait until I get off to eat lunch because they made a mistake? Unbelievable. Poor customer service. Will not be back to this location.

The lady behind the counter was all by herself. And we happened to stop in after church,before heading to a play nearby. This lady was not only cool under pressure of a line,but she was really good at her job. She got all of our orders right,and did so with a smile. This location DEFINITELY needs some cosmetic upgrades,but it’s a clean, convenient location for a quick bite!!

This place makes the best sandwich. I will go out of my way to come to this location, even when I have one closer to home. Employees are always friendly and are really good at making sandwiches properly. The store is always clean. The parking lot is always clean and cared for.
