Wow! What an amazingly clean store. Stopped in while in the area to grab my sip club beverage and use my $1 off reward for a bear claw. This location is incredibly clean. The staff was very friendly and I was impressed with how swift they were to fulfill my online order.

Forgive me. I have tough feedback. Ordered a whole tuna sandwich on wheat. The portion of tuna was so slight, I called for a refund. $11.25 for a sandwich is a lot of money! The manager explained that they are a franchise store, not a corporate store and they have a set portion in place for their sandwiches. I understand that. I uploaded a photo of what that portion looks like on bread. To me, that is a very small amount of food for $11.25. The refund was politely given.

This is a really decent place but under-employed. I’ve came to this Panera two days in a row now and have stood around for about 10 minutes just to place an order. I’m not using the kiosk, I don’t see a place for it to print a receipt and I need one. Regardless, the one woman working there was running around doing everything and there were 9 people waiting in the lobby. Some needed human support. You’re losing business because of this! People are willing to wait a bit for good food but their time is also valuable! I went to McDonald’s instead and made it to class on time.

Nice modern store! Cashiers and Cooks are nice and efficient. only lost a star due to them not having a microwave and it smelling like something died in the air vents when you first walk in. Other than that the food was great. Better than my location back home.

Ordered the steak and cheddar. Quite possibly the worst sandwich I ever had. It was warm bread with 2 slices of roast beef that was flattened down. Bag of chips had about 9 chips in it. Value is awful. The lady working was nice but it is my fault for choosing a chain restaurant. Not getting Panera again.
