I don’t usually give perfect scores on reviews, however, my experience today at the Walker Road Subway deserves a perfect score. I was in need of a tray of sandwiches for a funeral less than 24 hours away. Manager Andrea came to my aid and knew exactly what I needed! Not only did she make great selections, she also gave me a huge coupon for the order. To top it off, Andrea offered to personally deliver these sandwiches to the funeral home! Mere words cannot express my appreciation for the service I received today from this amazing manager and the great employee working behind the counter. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❣️

I am never one to leave bad reviews on an establishment, but this one is WELL warranted. I have NEVER been anywhere where an employee has been so rude and miserable to do her job. The tattooed lady (If you could call her that after you see the way she treats people) with the absolutely terrible attitude needs to go. I believe she is the manager, but I could be wrong. I have stopped coming here and spending my money there for quite awhile because every time she is working, its a terrible experience. I decided to try it one more time since walker road is now open and it’s right down the road. NEVER AGAIN. From reading these reviews, and reading the other people in line, I can tell that this business has lost plenty of money solely because of her. I will never step foot in this subway again. ATTN OWNER: The absolute best thing you could do for your business and livelihood is FIRE HER. She belongs at a job where there is little to no human interaction. Good luck.

If you are looking for a good sub and great customer service I recommend this store for sure! Not only was it very clean and prompt , the speed of service was spot on too. I was a little confused on what I had wanted and took a little long to order but Andrea was very patient and thrown out some great suggestions and made the experience worth coming here for. Definitely will be taking the drive from Cleveland again just to come to this store as it exceeded my expectations.

Don’t listen to this Corey dude he’s tripping. This food is fresh, delicious and prepared in a clean environment. Everyone that works is knowledgeable and makes great suggestions on what to try. They decorate for the holidays making it a warm welcoming environment… you should get a sub today especially now that the 4th one is free!!

I love coming here and getting the bacon and pepperoni pizza ik this is not Marco’s or Papa John’s but personally The pizzas at subway is just top notch for me , I got good customer service From a lady name Andrea that work there she has black hair real nice and The girl with the blonde hair always Positive just a outstanding team when these two ladies work together . Keep the good work up and I will be seeing more of Subway pizzas at this location especially because Theres people with big hearts Behind Kitchen

everytime i come here the ladies are always so rude but today was different. Today at 1:10 i come This taller lady with a bun and maybe tattoos and maybe middle aged younger looking guy couldn’t even honestly tell, made me feel like i was stupid and repeatedly laughed in my face after i repeated myself multiple times and proceeded to tell me i “made no sense” because i only wanted half of my sandwich toasted. this has never ever been a problem let alone a 5 minute debate, she was making me saying my sandwich order out loud so she could ring me out before he even got the bread out, had she not made me pay before even making my sandwich i would’ve just left. Charged me 10.99 for a sub i always pay 9.49 for ? never would be an issue to me if they were kind, and yes i met them back with the same attitude they gave me. I’m neurodivergent and that was a nightmare , id rather travel state lines then go back to this subway. i’m sure it would have something to do with the fact im young and hispanic as well. Treat people correctly , it’s embarrassing to be that way and expect kindness back. Not to mention i’m on the phone outside a few doors down , and the MALE employee comes out of the store to eavesdrop on MY PHONE CALL like him standing there was going to intimidate me to not tell someone what happened. whoever hired them should be disappointed because they are very poorly representing your store.
